They have provided me non stop assistance with the growth of both of my boys now 10 and 5 1/2. From the beginning in 2023, Sharon the past director made me a Helicopter mom not worry. Even to the point where in 2026, Sean (who is the current director), picked up from where Sharon left off. Sportime is now part of our family. The boys cant wait to go back. Now they don't have too because our boys will be taking tennis lesson this coming September. I thank all the coaches and counselor that provide a environment where my children are able to express themselves and learn something different than the norm of basketball and football.

We know which are the good courts and which courts have some hiccups, we come here so often know where the dead spots are on certain courts but with all that the prices at night for private courts cant be beat. One of my friends had a bad experience recently and I'm glad the owners took her experience into consideration and addressed the issue pertaining that specific employee. (if you scroll through all the bad reviews on google, its always about that one specific employee.) This place has become so popular that it is always booked out 2 weeks in advance. Looking forward to seeing how this place continues to grow and improve. Love the majority of the courts here especially their newer ones court 11&12. It has a little more privacy and prevents balls from flying all over into other peoples courts and vice versa. Some courts especially court 2 is less desirable in my opinion, it's dark and hard to focus or see the ball. Some courts do have water dripping from ceiling during rainy/ snowy days but it's not significant enough to become a hazard. Appreciate that they now have 24 hour options available. All of their staff are amazing except the one senile old guy, he's just miserable. (IYKYK) We come here regularly and seeing him just ruins your day/mood. Overall good courts with no dead bounces, adequate overhead space and lighting and clean bathrooms. There's parking to the side of the building (across the street) and in the back, however on snowy days it is a dangerous trek.

They have open play that you can sign up for based on skill level as well as court rentals. Went to a social open play where 20 people split 4 pickleball courts and the games went smoothly and there was not a lot of down time between games. Open play was a little confusing at first but people there will let you know how the randomized teaming-up works so it prevents a "dominant team" from playing together the whole time. In addition to the facility having everything you would want in terms of pickleball courts, what makes the open plays really fun is the crowd. Everyone was really friendly and there was no negative body language no matter what the score is, who your partner was, or who the opponents were. Everyone was there to play some pickleball and have a good time.

I've been a member since 2011, and it's disappointing to see how far this gym has declined. Despite members repeatedly asking for upgrades, the gym continues to raise membership fees while spending money on things that many of us don't consider a priority. Dennison, the owner, seems unwilling to invest in the equipment that members actually use every day. Steve, the manager, has also been consistently rude and dismissive whenever I've interacted with him. Instead of listening to legitimate concerns about broken equipment and the condition of the gym, he comes across as arrogant and uninterested in addressing member feedback. Good customer service starts with treating members with respect, and that hasn't been my experience. The hours are another major issue. The gym closes far too early, especially on weekends, making it difficult for many members to use the facility. Overall, this gym feels neglected. Longtime members have remained loyal for years, but it's frustrating to watch membership prices increase while the equipment continues to age and basic maintenance is overlooked. I hope management starts listening to its members and invests in the gym instead of expecting people to pay more for less.

I'm currently learning to play pickleball I will definitely go to Pickleball Prime to play once I get to play the game a little better. There was music and Photo Booth. Lifestyle Cafe was there with their delicious all natural juices. I had the watermelon it was delicious. The food was upstairs. There was plenty of seating and a great overview of the courts. The food was from Grill Mark. There was a variety of hot food slider burgers, chicken, shrimp and beef kabobs. French fries and sweet potato fries, rice salad and also cold press juices. The owners and staff just so friendly and welcoming as soon you entered the doors. It really set the tone for a wonderful experience! I'm new to pickle ball so it could have been so easy for me to feel like a fish out of water, especially with all the excitement of a grand opening event, but the moment I entered, they helped me figure out exactly which courts to go to, based on my experience level. I quickly got friendly with fellow players and was off to the races. I must have played 3 games on 3 different courts, and each was just as spacious and perfect as the last. I even got in a ping pong game! I can't wait to come back and take a lesson with one of their talented coaches and start stepping my game up! What is really cool about this facility is that you don't have to be a member to attend sessions or open play, you simply have to pay the drop in fee. Very cool if you ask me!

This is a place that families from Long Island and even NYC come to decompress, relax, and have fun. Under new community leadership, the facilities have been updated and programs revamped. There is something for everyone here, from kids' swim/tennis/basketball lessons and fun activities to adult social events and spa treatments. The club has improved every season these past few years and I'm sure it will continue to get even better. Definitely worth checking it out!
