OMG, this Credit Union is the BEST ever. I have only been with them for at least 2 or 3 years straight. I have applied for 3 Personal Loans with Ms. Olga Ramos. She had made the process too easy and worry free, quick and Ms. Olga responds immediately to any question via telephone or email. Oh, I almost forgot they also approved me for my 1st VISA Credit Card. Each personal loan was to help me restore and rebuild my credit after my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy so I can purchase my first home in 2025. I must say, each loan was granted for a higher amount (ex. $500, next was for $1000 and my resent loan was for $2000). Ms. Olga and the entire team of PBCU are the BEST. Not to mention, I was also recently approved in January 2024 to refinance my brand-new vehicle that was purchased in October 2023 for a much lower interest rate and monthly payment. Another representative helped me with this process. I am not trying to shame the other credit union that I am with that has not approved me for nothing (no credit card, no personal loans) for the past 5 or more years that I have been with. Sadly! Thanks, PBCU and Ms. Olga Ramos, you are the BEST! read more

I've been with Point Breeze since they opened here in Hunt Valley. My experiences have all been great and they've always met or exceeded my expectations. On my recent loan request, I was blown away with the service I received. Due to being a bit old school I called in to make an appointment, but I was told I can apply over the phone, but I didn't want to give my info to an automated system. So, I was patched to a young lady (Amber White). Amber is the sweetest person to work with. I could feel her energy over the phone. With her assistance this was the easiest loan I've ever applied for. Through emails and phone calls she had a check ready for me in about 3 days. I even had the opportunity to stop into the new office in Hunt Valley( it is awesome). I thank Amber for her professionalism and her willingness to give customers the best service possible. Keep up the good work. Amber - Amber-Amber. 9/10/2021 Ron read more

The Hunt Valley Point Breeze Credit Union is amazing, the team there makes it top notch. The building is beautiful, clean, and new. Maggie and Terri and Edward were amazing. They responded right away to every question I had -- (which was a lot) this was my first time with the loan process. They walked me through every single step of the process and never made me feel rushed. They made the whole experience run so smoothly, not stressful at all. They were friendly and so communicative. I felt like they knew who I was, not just another customer. They got us a low interest rate. We are so happy to have our mortgage with PBCU and will always choose to work with this branch in the future. How wonderful it is to deal with such pleasant people who love what they do and helping their valued customers! read more

I've been a Point Breeze Member for 12 years. In that time I've consistently been pleased to work with PBCU, including my primary Checking and Savings accounts residing with PBCU, financing 3 vehicles and my house mortgage. I consistently receive great service by phone, in person, and by email. Representatives are consistently helpful and ask good questions to ensure they're meeting my needs. I appreciate that related financial products are discussed when relevant and not pushed aggressively on me. My needs in the U.S. financial ecosystem are consistently met and I've never had any major problems or operational hiccups. I'm glad to be doing my financial activities with a Credit Union over a bank, and I'm glad to have access to a satisfying Credit Union like Point Breeze. read more

Hello. I recommend Point Breeze Credit Union for your banking needs. This month I was short of money and my account was negative. I was able to get a loan in three hours. I got enough to pay off my car loan and still have enough remaining to take care of my financial obligations. My monthly payment is under 100 dollars. I'm very happy. I had not realize how much financial stress was affecting me. The loan officer was very patient and kind. She sent me the forms to my email. I signed them and returned them to her and, the money is in my account right now. I thank God and I thank Point Breeze Credit Union. They are prompt, thorough, professional and emphatic. Thanks very much Point Breeze Credit Union. I really appreciate you. Thank you for your service! read more

Seamless and great communication. I was looking for an auto loan (as the dealerships are ridiculously high right now) and when I made a loan inquiry at Point Breeze was contacted by Olga Ramos. Olga is very polite and on top of things. She returned calls and emails when she said she would, when i asked her a question she had an answer for me and even helped to negotiate the questions I had about some of the fees/payments for my loan. Olga explained things in detail but in layman's terms so you understood it & in witting so it was easy for me to refer back to if I had a question or forgot anything. The loan process was quick and prompt and had my loan within the week of me finding what I was purchasing. I Highly recommend her services! read more

I just wanted to make sure you know how much I appreciate dealing with Jennifer B. and Danielle C. on my new car loan from PBCU. I have been a member since 1988 and I have had several home loans and car loans from PBCU over the years. I would rate the service Jennifer B. and Danielle C. provided as an 11 on a scale of 1-10. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and the entire process was quick and easy. Both have been professional and easy to deal with. Having managed a large customer service organization, I understand what true customer service requires and I would have Jennifer and Danielle on my team any day. read more

This Summer we joined Point Breeze cu for the benefits based on what our friends were telling us. I started looking for a full size truck in October and was absolutely blown away by the interest rate we received. Even our salesperson says it's an awesome credit union, he was spot on. Our loan specialist Ms. Olga Ramos was spectacular. She was exactly what we hoped for and expect in a loan specialist. Ms. Ramos is extremely thorough and patient with all of our questions and treated us like we were her only customers. She made what is normally a nightmare, a breeze. Thank you for your patience, And professionalism, The Goodman's read more

Great customer service from the front desk to the counter, to the loan specialist team. Super responsive when dealing with a tight schedule, and unafraid to provide direct contact info so I can dial straight to the desk of the person helping me. Huge shout-out to Olga Ramos and Fergie Bueso, for making my hectic auto loan transfer (to nearly 1/3 of the "great" rate the dealership gave me) a breeze on their end. Definitely a bank to stay with. They also provide other incentives for Checking Account holders, separately from their great loan offerings, so this wasn't just a gush after a smooth loan transfer. read more

I can't say enough about PBCU. I have been a customer for a few years with multiple loans and savings deposits as well. I recently had an amazing experience with Kareem, a loan specialist in Hunt Valley. Top notch professionalism. And the technology is excellent - all electronic communication and signatures. Kareem went above and beyond to smoothly walk me through a slightly complicated transaction. I have had similar experiences in the past with other PBCU loan specialists, with the same results. Clearly this company knows what customer service is all about! read more

Megan Matterson recently assisted us with our vehicle refinancing and I cannot say enough positive words about her - very responsive throughout the process, followed up and explained all issues thoroughly. We have used PBCU several times for vehicle refinancing - this time was by far the easiest. I would encourage anyone wishing to go through this process to call their offices rather than use the online application. Megan made it easy and quick and went over and above! We very much appreciate her guidance, efforts and assistance on our behalf. Thanks so much Megan! read more

Just had a great experience with Fergie Bueso at the Rosedale location of PBCU. Needed assistance with financial transaction for purchasing a home for my sister. Ms Bueso was very professional and answered my questions promptly.... My only negative about PBCU is the wait time on calls....I've had several questions this week and spent over an hour waiting to talk to a person....feel this is very unprofessional of the credit union. If they have money for construction of a new building at Rosedale, I feel they should spend money on humans to assist clients. read more

I had the best experience obtaining a car loan today. My Financial Services Representative was Danielle Campbell. She made this experience so painless and enjoyable for me. I really have been very happy with Point Breeze Credit Union in Hunt Valley. Extremely satisfied. Point Breeze is my #1 go to bank. Great rates with great service. read more

Went to this Point Breeze branch today and had a top-notch experience. I had to take care of several account issues (of my own doing) and came with a boatload of questions and needs. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, smiles and all. Then, the teller that helped me couldn't have been nicer. I don't go into credit union or bank branches that much due to online banking, but I have to say, that you could tell the difference here at Point Breeze. Very impressed!!! read more

I recently refinanced my car via Point Breeze working with Olga. The process was very smooth and Olga was very helpful. She was leaving for vacation but ensured that all of my paperwork was handled and continued to communicate with me even though she was out of the office. Krystan was also a great help in Olga's absense. I've been a member of Point Breeze for many years. I've had several loans with them and have never had anything but steller customer service. read more

Point Breeze Credit Union/Owings Mills, location has an awesome Team of Banker-Representives, ie, Tellers and Management staff! On February 5, 2025, I walked into the bank in the a.m., and was greeted by Mr. Jordan J., Bank Teller in a very wholesome way by asking me how am I feeling and how's my day going? He began to ask what could he help me with and I mentioned a transaction. To that end. Mr. J, service was awesome!!!!! Thank you, Mrs. Taylor read more
