And let's be real, I work in Customer Experience for a living -- I literally get paid to find out why companies suck and fix it. So when someone actually delivers top-tier service without the usual drama, it deserves more than five stars. It deserves a skywriter, a parade, and maybe a statue. So to sum it up: Eric, you crushed it. You turned what could've been a chlorine-scented nightmare into a same-day solution.
