(I didn't ask for same day service since it was after 5pm.) Scott was one of the best technicians I've ever had. He diagnosed the HVAC - blower was not operating, repaired it, cleaned the vents, re-taped the insulation around the pipes, showed me how to clean it, how to clean outside coils when I asked to see how to do so. I also requested he check the attic unit as well while he was here and he was able to review that one as well. So nice to have such great service!

I received invoice for just a leak search and refrigerant 2 months ago. This was paid. Now, they are invoicing me for a diagnostic fee that was not supposed to be given. Rather than argue what his tech said, I just wanted them to come honor the warranty for the work and invoice I paid. Jim, the owner told me on phone he wasn't coming out till I paid this newly developed invoice. Not coo, their word is not bond, and they seem to care about a measly invoice rather than help a family.

Had a company come check out the system before summer and was told most of their work would FAIL INSPECTION. I asked what time he would come he said around 1PM so one hour turned to be 3 hours. Then he said he will give me an estimate without seeing my project and why I am not so happy it is free estimates.
