We went on a Saturday night and it was Spin the Wheel night. If you picked a beer from a specific menu, you got to spin a wheel to get swag, free beer, or a discount. I got a free draft! Chance, our bartender, was awesome. He was so friendly and knew quite a bit about the brews. We felt like we knew him forever, even though he had just made the age limit! There was live music, which added to the atmosphere, but unfortunately it was loud enough that having a conversation at our table was difficult. The Christmas theme is certainly unique, with Christmas trees and holiday decor displayed year-round. It gives the space a distinctive personality, although it may not be everyone's cup of tea outside of the holiday season. Our biggest disappointment was the service. There didn't appear to be anyone serving the floor, so we had to repeatedly leave our table and go to the bar whenever we needed something. Unfortunately, each time we approached, the bartenders seemed somewhat put off that we were coming back up, which made the experience feel less welcoming than we would have hoped. There are definitely some fun elements to Atelier, particularly the live music and unique atmosphere, but better table service, a more welcoming interaction at the bar, and a few more food options would have made our experience much more enjoyable.
