I also understand that policies like this may have come about because people were staying for long periods without spending additional money. That's the business's decision to make. But the price and refill policy should be clearly communicated rather than leaving customers to find out after ordering. I'm not trying to be overly critical. What bothered me most was the response from the business, which seemed to downplay the concern and make it sound like this was a completely normal or expected practice. It was light, airy, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated throughout. The furnishings were clearly well thought out, from the sofas and tables to the dining area and large kitchen island. The lighting made the home feel bright and welcoming. The house was well equipped for a weeklong stay, with sheets, towels, and essentials provided. The only minor issue was the ice maker, which produced very little ice, so we had to buy bags nearby. The screened-in front porch was a highlight, especially the swinging sofa, which we used daily for coffee and relaxing evenings. The included golf cart was a major plus and essentially necessary, since there is no direct beach access. We used it to reach Deer Lake State Park, which was beautiful and inexpensive to enter. Our main disappointment was that the rental did not include access to WaterSound Club pools or private beach facilities. The available pools were crowded and geared toward young children, which didn't suit our family. Nearby The Big Chill was convenient but very busy and not very clean during our visit. We enjoyed exploring nearby 30A communities, but parking was often difficult and Uber rides were more expensive than expected. Overall, the home itself was excellent--comfortable, stylish, and well maintained. Most drawbacks relate to the broader WaterSound area rather than the property. We had a great family week and really enjoyed staying at 10 Federal Street.

We golfed at 6 PM... there's no way that the course got that messy with leaves and pine cones over the span of 2 hours. The workers were clearly lying to us. The big thing they use to market is you win $50 for a hole in 1 on hole 18, but on both courses, it's a very long blind shot, unlike the others holes on the course, and you are very unlikely to hit it. It's fun for the family, but if you're looking for the best mini golf experience for the price, I'd recommend somewhere else like Coconut Creek.
