Cool place, good concept, fun atmosphere, solid food options. Something for everyone! I really enjoyed the communal lawn area. There are also shops in the area. A few of us ordered from Duo's, and my boyfriend had tacos from Macho Taco. The food was really tasty, I loved his tacos! I had the Chicken Sandwich and others had turkey clubs. The portion sizes were great and the sauce bar was an added bonus. The prices, while high, aren't surprising for the area nor are they outrageous. A fun, vibrant, convenient, and cool food hall in the heart of 30A next to Water Sound. After trying many places in this food hall, I have strong opinions about the Do's and Dont's in terms of best places to dine. The Duos All-American Eats is the best spot! It's sandwiches (especially the fried chicken) are TO DIE FOR. I think it's a good value, compared to other spots too. The cashiers are sooo friendly and helpful, and it's nice to have the option to eat inside this restaurant-- away from the fray of the rest of the food hall! We arrived during "movie night" and the environment was fun and exciting, especially for families with younger kids. My kids are older now, so it wasn't a huge hit for us, but it was great to see the place packed with families having a good time. That's the main reason this isn't a 1-star review -- I want to give credit for the entertainment value. Now let's talk about the food. Duos: I've had better (and more edible) hamburgers back in high school. This burger tasted like it had been microwaved. If it wasn't, it might as well have been. Onion rings: Yes, they were jumbo, but they were soggy and undercooked in the middle. Not appetizing at all. Soda machines: All out of ice, and when I asked at Duos, they said there was nothing they could do. I get that it's hot and busy, but having ice is not optional when you're running a food court and charging what you are. Nachos/Mexican spot: The quesadilla was large, but it was soggy like it had been baked or steamed, and the juices just soaked the tortilla. For the price you're charging, the food should be way better. I understand rent and labor costs are high, but that doesn't excuse soggy, microwaved, or poorly prepared meals. People are willing to pay for quality -- this just wasn't it. read more

I ordered extra chipotle aioli and if they put that in the burrito with the shrimp I think it would have been way better. read more

This was such a great outdoor spot to venture out to while we were staying in Rosemary Beach for vacation. It was under a 10 minute drive, easy straight shot up 30A. We found a parking spot right in front too! It's an outdoor food court style concept with a nice variety of options - burger joint, tacos, pizza, bbq, some other options i'm forgetting :) and a full bar. It's also filled with cute shops to peruse and plenty of things to keep the kids busy (and your wallet empty...ha!) - there's a build-a-bear workshop (which our 2 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed doing!), an arcade (that our 4 year old didn't want to leave), a candy shop, bag toss and plenty of space to wander around. We got a variety of food and everything was tasty. Nothing that's worth noting 3 weeks post trip, but it's the atmosphere more than anything that makes this place a must with small kiddos. We happened to go on family movie night and they were playing UP on a large outdoor movie screen which was super cool! We had a table right next to their long fireplace and it was the perfect ambiance for our last evening in Florida. We can't wait to visit Rosemary Beach again, and this will definitely be on our re-visit list as well! read more

Great place for Overall fun and food! Right across The street from our ABNB so it was convenient. The coffee place (doesn't take cash ) they have auto check out but they don't really tell you when your order is ready. I got the notification that was ready after I returned to my Airbnb. My husband loved the coffee. The kids love the açaí bowls! It was our morning to go! The burger joint hit The stop after a day at the beach! super friendly service but you pick up your order at the counter and all the condiments are outside. There is AC and you're able to sit inside. The drinks have a QR code on the side for tracking how much liquid you get. I've never seen that before. The burger hit and the fries were hot! Don't forget the juicy pickle!!! My son ordered the pork nachos and They put everything on the "right" side All and all we're glad that this was so close to the Airbnb. We were able to jump in the golf cart and get what we needed. We didn't take advantage of the shopping there maybe next time and they also had bands and even look like some yoga on stage, but we missed all that too. Conveniently located across from our rental property made going over to the Big Chill a breeze. The food is probably around a 6 out of 10, but it does the job for chicken fingers, burgers, tacos, and BBQ. The drink are meh and a bit overpriced for what you get. But, the they do babe an arcade, ice cream, and a build a bear for the kids. They also have huge big screen tv's. We went during March Madness and my husband was impressed with screens and the variety of games playing. All in all we'll definitely give it a try again. read more

We have been here many times, dating back to when it was called "The Hub" which I thought was a better name. But that's neither here nor there. There are a lot of good options for food and retail at this place, but I have generally been there for food and the entertainment. There is a big open green area that they sometimes fill with seating if there is an event on the stage/screen to view. The food selection is good and food court style, but way nicer. I love this because everyone in your group can get food from different vendors to suit their needs.There is an American place, BBQ, Mexican, a full bar and many others. When crowded, it can be hard to find a parking spot close by and/or a table. But they have done better in this area over time. When you order, you get a buzzer and there are mostly picnic style tables for you to eat at. read more

Excellent outdoor entertainment venue. Last night we enjoyed live music on stage while we shopped and dined at all of the outdoor walk-up food vendors. Today at lunch... we watched March Madness on the Jumbotron. The people watching is off the chain, the food is good, drinks are reasonably priced, and there are many different variations for chairs, picnic tables, rockers, etc. and a decent sized fire pit for those off season cool panhandle nights. I even scored a nice new Patagonia jacket for 60% off. Win, Win! Go check it out! We will head back there tonight at 7p for a Kid's movie night, Alice in Wonderland on the big screen. read more

Food is good, hard to find a table and then find a clean one is even harder. Very very loud if you want conversation this is not the place to go. Service like a food court and it was fine. Cool place but they need to figure out how to turn down the volume enough so people can talk - this is not a dance club. I'm all for dancing and having fun but it was just overkill. We recently stayed near this so we were lucky to visit multiple times. Very cool family-friendly concept; there is a big play area with candy and food and ice cream, bordered by several high-end shops perfect for mama. The food options were all good to me - bbq, burgers, Mexican, and seafood, what's not to love. And of course several bar areas to order drinks. Tables are first come first serve and shared by all locations and open to anyone even passing through. Nectar coffee is a good spot for the morning too - nothing fancy but all the good stuff. They had the big screen on for March Madness which was great. Highly recommend for lunch & or dinner. read more

This is ridiculous. I've been waiting for 4 hours for my meal at Duos Bar. Keep in mind all I ordered was a French fry side, nothing else. The Big Chill is a great place to hang out with large groups because of the variety of food options, games, outdoor seating (shaded with fans), shopping, and TVs. I think customer service at the bar needs to improve, however. The bartender spent 11 minutes (timed him) talking to a regular patron instead of serving drinks to anyone else. It took a bar back/busboy to get him to start working again. With a place that gets busy during tourist season, you need to move quickly. On my first day staying on 30A, my friends and I decided to make a pit stop here and grab a bite to eat. This spot is pretty neat as they not only have a few different bites to enjoy (similar to a food hall) but there are open bars and even stores within close proximity. They have a shaded outdoor deck and a grass lawn with patio chairs. Looks like they even host movie screenings and concerts with the main stage smack dab in the middle. This is so well kept and was very clean and kept tidied. It didn't feel disgusting or like a dirty cafeteria to say. Prices were pretty fair for me tbh but I was on vacay mode. Ended up grabbing a lobster roll that was stacked and a glass of wine. Every staff member I interacted with was super friendly. This is worth a stop if you have a large group and want to kill some time. You also have a chance to do some shopping, so who doesn't like that?! read more

Oh the Big Chill...formerly called The Hub. Nice spot with lots of food and drinks options to buy from. This place is veryyyyy pricey though, even for just a simple scoop of ice cream or two tacos. Anytime I buy something from here I leave a store sweaty and confused as to how my bill got so high despite only buying one thing. I came here twice while staying in 30a. The first time I came and got mushroom tacos. As mentioned, they were extremely expensive. But they were good, so at least there's that. I also got an aperol spritz, which was yummy. We also wandered around the shops and stopped in a few. Again...all the shops were wildly expensive but fun to look around. I wish Nectar Coffee was still open, their coffee was my favorite on 30a. But it seems there was a lot of construction going on, so several places were closed as they worked on renos. I'm interested to see what the place will look like once construction is done... The second time I came I got ice cream. Just a scoop and a topping. It was almost ten dollars. Oof, I've spent less for more at bougie independent little ice cream stores. This was just kemps ice cream. But I wanted ice cream badly sooo yeah. It's on me for spending the money but I am confused as to how it's so expensive. There's lots of seating at the Big Chill. Tables, chairs, couches... As mentioned, we came twice and didn't have any trouble finding a spot. Overall a fun spot to stop in. Good place for kids. Just be sure to prepare your wallet if you buy something...or not check your bank account until after pay day. read more

A tourist trap in the middle of 30A tourist traps. It is a clean, kid friendly option that is open all day. Some evenings have live entertainment or a "family" movie night. While we were there the movie National Treasure was showing. Great movie, but not great for little kids to sit and watch or parents to watch while trying to chase their kids. They have multiple food options. All are way overpriced for what you get. Avoid the BBQ...it is simply not good. The burgers are fine as is the pizza, but nothing special. The Mexican stand was good, we did not try the fish. Overall, rotating food trucks or something would seem like a better option, but probably less profit for The Big Chill. read more

We went with the idea of getting some ice cream one evening but ended up shopping for clothes and candy as well. After about an hour of shopping fun, we shared some soft-serve Vanilla Ice Cream with Reese's Pieces and Caramel Sauce. I went to your guy's arcade tonight and am very disappointed. We played the claw Games and the punching Game. It is extremely rigged. We got 801 and 799 on the punching score for 2500 free points for 800. Ridiculous. We also grabbed a few animals from the claw game and they of course dropped right as they were about to come out. Unfair for children and everyone involved - made us super upset that the kids couldn't enjoy something silly from the games! read more

We are big fans of this area. Our only concern was with the automated drink machines and how much they push for tips with the iPads and no cash accepted... well worth it, if you don't mind spending 100+ on dinner and drinks for two!
