Really wish they would update their system and actually allow you to pay with a card or online.

So far not impressed in the least... I've been an H20 customer for a couple of years... Very…read morecomfortable with the delivery & the quality of the water... So, one day out of the blue on my normal delivery day... 2 bottles of not my preferred brand was delivered. I have always loved everything about Callaway Blue water and believe me,,, Kulligan does NOT compare. I guess someone bought the company & we get what we get... all roads lead to Culligan... My next delivery was 1 bottle instead of 2... So twice now this new Big Brother take-over with my original selection is a no-go anymore & they screwed up the order. I am just surviving. until I find the opportunity to kiss this goodbye. VERY Disappointed with product & service!

My wife and I had the Culligan sales rep out to give a quote on a whole house system. Just like…read moremost salesman she made promises that the company wouldnt keep. I told her from the start that I want everything back like it was once the install was complete. She looked me in the eyes and said it will be. The installer showed on my appointment date and stated he would have to pull my pavers up but he doesn't put them back as they were. I asked when does the person come to do that and he stated no one will. The salesman called and tried to pressure me into the installation. I stated the pavers will need to be fixed or I'll be out that money. Nothing but sales pitch from that point on about how fresh our water will be. Wasted my time and the installers. The only positive with the whole experience was the installer. He was upfront and honest which I appreciated.

Absolutely awesome Resurfacing job for our pool, WOW just look at the pics / videos below rating…read morewould be 10/10 if allowed very pleased from start to finish thank you so much!

FALSE PROMISES!!!... from the start at closing and initial payment and it only gets worse as…read morepayments are made!! Nick sells beyond what is allowed. If you like having communication with a contractor during a project forget it you will have to initiate/hound and may or may not get a response. If you ask... with what they think are too many questions... they will get annoyed and things get worse. Once you pay them the second big deposit work starts slowing down. We have had very nice days when they show up for an hour and leave and don't return for days or a week or more. If you opt for a concrete pool deck watch out for getting the Cool Crete they offer as the finish is very very rough on bare feet and inconsistent texture. Understand work defined in the contract and monitor what has been accomplished. We had $3,600 worth of work that required credit on the next payment we had to bring to their attention. With our project they didn't keep accurate records of color selections and asked us at least two times what we had chosen. If you don't want your yard to become an ashtray with cigarette butts all over tell them from the beginning. During the final hookups the autofill line was leaking because a 90 degree PVC connector was not connected properly or glued. Had to come back after 2 attempts of cleaning up plaster splatters and repaint most of the pool deck. I had to ask when salt generator was going to be connected and chemicals checked and adjusted. Also still waiting on final invoice of total cost which the Homeowner Insurance Company wants along with final inspection and survey. These are the guys... in order... I would allow to do work on my property anytime... Duo Tyler and Kevin, Sean, and Bobby.
