Before the sale was made, Manny the sales manager answered my calls and text messages but once the sale was done and they got there money the communication was gone! I had the car shipped to my house and first time starting it I knew something was wrong! The car was shaking and misfiring with check engine lights and wrenchblights on the dash and I couldn't even drive my new car!! The car turned out to have major engine problems and I had to have the engine rebuilt which not only was my new car in the shop for several months not being able to enjoy my new car but I had to pay outta my own pocket several thousands of dollars for the repair. When I got a hold of Manny and told him my situation he said that he would make it right and help out with the costs of the repairs. When it came time to ask him about sending some $$ he just ignored all my text messages and calls like he blocked me. I would have just gone down to the dealership but they are over 2000 miles away from me. Please take my advice!! MS Motors sold me a car knowing there was a MAJOR issue with it!! Go spend your $$ at an honest dealership and STAY CLEAR OF THESE DISHONEST BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE!!!

Both my husband and I drove the car and it seemed great. A mechanic was able to sneak us in at the end of the day to get it inspected and the car came back with very few issues for a 10+ year old car. We didn't try to negotiate the price because the price seemed fair and was listed below Kelly Blue Book value. The dealership also includes a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty for any major issues which brought us some peace in mind for buying a used car. Based on our experience, we would purchase a car from them again in the future!
