The evening before my appointment, car was dropped off, but I was told that my order wasn't in the system and they didn't have my hitch in stock. I asked for the manager to call me the next day which did not happen and when I called for an update I was told that the trailer wouldn't arrive until the following week (a week after my appointment). I encouraged them to find a solution (ie. have a hitch overnighted) as I needed the hitch for a weekend trip. No initiative was taken and no care was offered. Customer service is polite, but inept. My husband and I each called the 1-800 number and were transferred to various departments (at over 2 hours of hold time - I timed each call) no one offered the least bit of help. We finally had to throw our hands up and rent a car with a hitch for our trip. Getting U-haul to reverse the charge was also a process. I wouldn't trust this company to sell me a cardboard box, much less a trailer hitch or moving truck!

Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.
