Yes, it is what you'd imagine a place would look like if decorated by someone who has watched a Speedy Gonzales cartoon. And the menu is tacos, barritos and nachos - and things slightly taste the same, whether you order tacos, barritos or nachos. But as I said, if you are looking for good portions, and cheap prices. This place is good. If you know what you are expecting, this you won't be disappointed. I had chips and salsa, a staple on American tables at Mexican restaurants and I got English-Aussie chips (French fries). Tomatio "salsa" was OK. They had fresh jalapeños. The al pastor tacos were full, more meat than I think I have ever seen, but bland. Blindfolded I would have a difficult time figuring out what I was eating beyond meat.
