Once I canceled my order and took the hit they threatened me. I had to get a lawyer. Oh and if you see high ratings for them it's because they offer you another "on the spot" discount if you do a review while the sales person is in your face at your house. I also found out that they were 3 times higher than other companies. Unfortunately they were in line with the other estimate I got so I didn't know Live and learn but this will never happen to me again.

I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. I cannot be thankful enough for my community and the fact that Dale was the voice a reason and calmness in my crazy day.!!!

Several siding contractors we called said they only did siding. Dale said he had contractors that he has worked with for years that could do the stone work and build the new porch. Dale was involved during the entire process and the stone mason and carpenter he brought in were great. The porch and stone work turned out better than we expected. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. Dale was personally involved and was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. All of the people took pride in their work and the results show it.

He told me there was going to be a whole crew working out there for 4 hours. Canceled on me and came out that weekend with his wife, no ladder, no scaffolding. He went upstairs and ignored my pleas to read the instructions on how to remove the window, just pulled on the window while pressing the plastic along the sides for a while. Window now creaks. After I got a broom for him to knock down a wasp nest, he proceeded to straddle the windowsill, his wife holding his leg, and re-caulk over what had already been caulked once as a temporary fix by someone else for a mere $50. He, also, charged me $200 just for the estimate because he claimed I was outside of his work area. So I paid $1200 for him to re-caulk around a window. To make matters worse, it didn't take long for a piece of siding around that window to buckle, bulge, and bow out from all of the caulk he crammed in there. It is no longer snapped in place. It, also, appears, unless I'm missing something, that ALL of his negative Google reviews have been removed, and I even had pictures posted. I've been checking. The reviews were so bad that it stated the business had closed. He is greedy, dishonest, and will take your money and run. Stay away. His wife is a real piece of work, too. I felt like I was texting back and forth with a 12 year old with all the laughing emojis, both before they ever did anything and then after I posted my review. Pretty sure I filed a BBB complaint, too, if you want to check that out for more detail. Again, stayyy away.

I haven't been on the roof to check the guttering to see how much tar paper is in them. If you hire them check every inch of your property to make sure nothing is broken and everything is cleaned up. All of the seals held, no water or wind infiltration. Great value for the cost considering the work and special colors I needed to comply with HOA requirements.
