Over the Moon ~ I…read morereached out to Juan's Plumbing Services yesterday because my Toilet was clogged and I also experienced some slowness with water draining in the bathtub. Juan responded immediately in the app and was ready to send someone out on Friday. Because I had a Spurs game to attend, Anthony his Amazing technician called me this morning and said he was on his way. He arrived on time and quickly analyzed the potential issue. We discussed the price, and within minutes he was working to determine the source of the clog. He snaked the drain and utilized a camera system to locate the blockage. He showed me the issue and was quickly able to clear the clog. He also showed me how to remove the stopper in the tub where he located a rubber band and hair that was causing the slow drainage issue. He restored the bathroom and demonstrated to me that the toilet was working with multiple flushes, as well as, ran the sink and shower to show all water was running smoothly. Daniel came out to inspect and could not locate the leak, but could hear it. Suggesting a little bit of time for the leak to come to the surface, it finally showed itself on our lawn. Dillon came out and located the leak, repaired, tested and advised the system is now closed and no leaks evident. Daniel and Dillon are very conscientious and thorough in their work. They are great to work with and I trust them to complete the job and at a fair price.
