He said, no problem, I have a call on Wednesday at 10am, I will come after that. So, here it is Wednesday about 2pm. I text and ask if he is still coming. Nope too busy, he will come on Friday. No biggie, that's fine. Would of been nice to hear from you to let me know, but whatever. Friday comes. I text early in the morning to see if he's still coming. An hour later I get a text telling me he's broke down in Portland. okay.... so not Friday. I thought I would hear from him on Monday, at least to say he's still broken down or can/not come. Nothing. Here it is Tuesday and still nothing... So, after I posted this review, he contacted me immediately. Apparently, he was in an accident and had to be hospitalized. Hence, he couldn't make it. We ultimately did not hire him as our issue could not wait.

I live out east on highway 12 so I was happy to find Stephen and because he was nearby he came right over! It took a few trips and replacing a few parts but he finally got it working like new! I'm so pleased because finding a replacement would have been nearly impossible. Stephen didn't give up and he did a great job! He's much in demand and very busy so it might take a bit of time for him to get to you but he's worth the wait! I know next time I need an appliance repaired I'll call him for help!
