This is second review of Southern Phoenix Services and once again the score a top 5 rating from me…read more I wish I could give them a 10 because they are hot stuff in a good way. This time it was the water tank. Well, it kinda went crazy and popped a fit with a pipe bursting spewing water all over my garage. I had no idea for at least two hours only to discover the only things missing from me were my towel and my sauna pillow. I have to give Nick all the credit for this project. He not only fixed the problem but also he transformed the issue into a wonderful solution. Nick was extremely professional, kind and considerate. I have always known Southern Phoenix Services to stand way above the rest, but they actually soar high into the clouds. As long as I am a satisfied customer, I will forever use Southern Phoenix Services and I suggest you do the same!

Do NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!…read more They did not pull a permit, did not follow code and because of that almost caused our house to catch on fire and leaked carbon monoxide into our home. I originally was going to let them fix the problems, but then I decided not to have them back in my home due to safety reasons. Their unqualified worker cut a live wire to my recessed lighting in my basement and then took that live wire uncapped and tucked it up into the ceiling without telling me then he installed the hot water heater improperly. I did not know any of this until my kids told me that the lights in the basement were not working so I thought that was really odd. I called my electrician and he came over and he almost got electrocuted because of what this guy had done and my electrician told me something is not right about this and you need to get their work checked out. He said I was so lucky my house did not catch on fire. I then told him the name of the company and he says oh no they have a really bad reputation. Shame on me for not checking reviews and I trusted someone that referred them. I then called my home inspector and had him come out and take a look at all of the work that was done, and we found some pretty major code violations and safety violations that could've been deadly. Because there was evidence that the wire he cut caught on fire. I actually have a picture of it where you can see it clearly caught on fire when he cut it. Other issues also because of the way that the hot water heater was installed I had carbon monoxide going into my home and my home inspector told me to shut it down immediately he was surprised we were still alive because my HVAC is in that same closet which feeds my main level. I then called the county inspector and had them come over and check all of the work so I have very qualified, third-party reports of all of the wrongdoing that this company did and the risk that it caused on my family. I had to pay a lot of money to have all of these things fixed. They also cut a hole in my brick of my house and didn't tell me and left it completely exposed and open to the elements and to animals that could've gotten in inside my basement walls. They also did not cap the pipe properly that is venting my sump pump that they installed. I did all of my homework and have it all documented. According to these other reviews, that's her protocol is to just ignore once I saw other people posting reviews on here of this company doing very dangerous things. So, I felt it was my duty to make a change. Julie guy is the owner and runs the business under her other peoples names from what my attorney is finding. When I pull her son Albert Guy who is doing work for her he is not a licensed plumber as of June 2025. They did the work on my home in 2024. BUYER BEWARE!

As most of you know, it is rare that I give a five star rating. But this company, Aaron Plumbing…read morewith headquarters in Suwanee, GA, was probably the most responsive and professional service I've had in a very long time. My water heater decided not to break on Tuesday evening, and I needed someone to come out and see what went wrong. It was roughly around 630 at night when I realized I had no hot water, so I Googled hot water repair services within my community. I called two plumbing services that were "near me" and both services told me I was out of their servicing zone. So I reached out to my neighbor and he gave me Aaron Plumbing's information. Now, but this time it was around 8:30 PM, but I still pick up the phone and gave them a call and a lovely lady answered the phone immediately. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but she was remarkably friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and she went ahead and looked at the schedule for Wednesday. She told me that she could have a plumber out to my house between 8am and 12noon and I was excited that she was able to fit me into their very busy schedule. The young man, Tom Page, that came out Wednesday morning was also very kind and efficient. He was able to tell me that my water heater, which was the original to the house, would no longer be working for me, and that I would need a new one. I actually knew that I would need to replace my water heater at some point in time when I bought my home in 2019. But, as always, it's a disappointment even though you know it's going to happen. Tom actually had the correct water heater on hand and within a couple of hours had my water heater completely replaced. You'll see through the pictures below the old unit, and the new unit. When Tom was done with the installation, he walked me through exactly what he had done, he showed me pictures of what had been, and what was now fixed or replaced. We also had a great conversation on how to purge the silt in the bottom of the tank, once a year, to maintain the good health of my brand new water heater. I would certainly recommend Aaron Plumbing to anyone in the northern Cumming area of Georgia, because Dawsonville plumbing and other plumbing facilities located in Cumming, GA do not service my neighborhood.

When I told the tech I had a cheaper quote he started to sound like a used salesman, dropping the price by $400.00. So glad I did not get taken by this company, buyer beware. So glad mine was not an emergency so I could shop around.

After I quoted the work with multiple plumbing companies I received quotes only for the labor in all the possible range (from $2,500 to $800). And everything other customer say is true, Chris answer my questions super fast he allow me to send him pics and explanation of the work needed by text message and gave me a quote through the same way.
