After our water heater started leaking, we began an online query for a local plumber, sending out multiple requests to numerous companies for a price quote. I received several prompt responses from various plumbers, some large companies, and a few local plumbers. Being a digital marketer, I tend to look for online validation of the companies I am considering. Although positive, my research on PNG only yielded a few Yelp reviews and some reviews on Thumbtack. Also, a few other companies came out to give us service rates and warned of businesses that would initially underquote the job. The estimates we received from all the companies varied greatly, but the quote from PNG was by far the best, and admittedly, we were a little skeptical. After many conversations with Phil throughout the day, I felt comfortable with the information and his approach. Please by no mean stay away from this crazy business, the guy named Phil installed the water heater for us and within 5 months, the pipes that he installed incorrectly got so hot and it messed up the house heating system causing leaking everywhere. I tried to call him to stop by take a look 5 times left several txt and voice mails the first 2 times he replied that he would stop by. The last 3 times he blocked our number. I would definitely make sure i report him to the BBB as well. Now It cost me thousands to fix the central heating. read more

The master pressure valve coming into the house went bad and Phil was able to diagnose the problem and help me with insurance as it caused several other expensive issues, including my hot water heater. On 7/2/2019 we received a call stating that when they were placing a water heater in a home there were some issues and they needed a restoration company to come clean and dry the water, we reported immediately. Once we got a contract signed by Phil Patterson and we dropped our equipment we were then notified by Phil that they did not want us doing any demo until coverage was determined. A release of liability was then signed to ensure we were released from all liability standpoints. Phil refused to give any homeowner contact information so we could monitor our equipment during the dry-out process. After not being able to gain access to these homes with our equipment in them we finally were able to gain access 14 days later... We then sent our invoice to Phil Patterson who stated they sent our invoice to the insurance company. For months Phil told us that we would be receiving a check, We have yet to receive anything from PNG. We have made contact with the 3rd party handling this claim and he has stated that we would be paid in full and now he is stating that he can only pay half of the invoice. PNG has lied to the homeowners of the building stating that we have been paid. It is now almost a year later, We have not been paid and we have not made any contact with Phil Patterson or the insurance company. Each time we call we get forwarded to voicemail and we do not get a return phone call in regards to this matter. Phil Patterson is a very unprofessional, unethical business owner. We came to help when his team damaged a home and now we are not being paid for our services provided. read more
