I was professional, clear, and courteous and in return, I got uncalled-for verbal abuse. This is hands-down the most unprofessional and toxic interaction I've had in real estate. If this is how they treat potential partners, I can only imagine how they treat sellers or buyers. Chris needs a serious lesson in basic decency and customer service. Total disgrace to the industry.
