I've been with him now for 5 years and had nothing but good experience. This location is very convenient for me it's right across from my doctor's appointment and close to the grocery store in the in the interstate.. Everybody's always been very courteous And efficient.. It's a small bank bank which is not a bad thing bad thing. I've never had to wait more A minute or 2 to get weighted on.. I also like that they have bird feeders sometimes I come on days they're closed or after hours when I can sit in the drive-through it threw and take pictures of the birds. I'm a bird nerd.

I took my son into this branch on Saturday, July 18 at around 11:00 to open a new checking account…read more He has had a savings account at Huntington for years, but he graduated from college and now he has a "real" job and makes "real" money. There was one couple in front of us in the teller line and no other customers in the bank... so two tellers, one "manager" and two customers. That's 50% more employees than customers. The teller told us that the only person who could open an account was tied up and we "could come back in one or two hours if we wanted to." We went down the road to PNC where my son was treated like a valued customer. We opened the account in less than 30 minutes. We then went back to Huntington to close the savings account and bring the funds to the PNC account. ... No customers in the branch. We were told that the only person who could close the account was tied up. So, we said we would like to withdrawal all the funds in the account except $.01. Then the person who was tied up suddenly became available. No one was huffy or nasty... No reaction at all.. No accountability, no concern, no interest in customers at all... Completely indifferent. It was worse than the post office.

Today I brought my 16-year-old daughter in to open a student account with Lori Cramer. I really appreciated that Lori spoke directly to my teen (not expecting me to answer on her behalf), and took the time to explain to her all of the ins and outs of the account. She gave her safety tips and explained the logic behind all of them. My daughter is VERY shy and quiet so she doesn't interact a lot (especially when having to wear a mask). You can tell Lori is a parent and really cares. My daughter can use her account confidently AND learned some things. I will definitely continue my business here and would not hesitate to refer you to do the same!
