I've been with him now for 5 years and had nothing but good experience. This location is very convenient for me it's right across from my doctor's appointment and close to the grocery store in the in the interstate.. Everybody's always been very courteous And efficient.. It's a small bank bank which is not a bad thing bad thing. I've never had to wait more A minute or 2 to get weighted on.. I also like that they have bird feeders sometimes I come on days they're closed or after hours when I can sit in the drive-through it threw and take pictures of the birds. I'm a bird nerd.

They took over my local bank and now it is a scene of chaos. While I stood in line, people came in…read morelooking for money that got deposited but never appeared in their accounts, and accounts and loans that didn't show up on their app. My own personal experience was waiting more than hour to make a wire transfer, then having to opt to receive a cashier's check because it had taken so long for them to see me. This I thought would be painless but ended up taking another forty minutes because they couldn't get the check to print correctly. Frustrated, I closed all of my accounts with them even though it cost me more time. After everything I had seen and hear, I no longer trusted them to handle any of my money.

Each of the other 2 tellers had customers, both which who appeared to be doing simple transactions. There is only one other person ahead of me. I waited well over 10 minutes...nothing changed...no one moved....I left. I went back half hr or so later, still 2 people at windows but at least moved a little faster. Gal commented I was there earlier..yes...told her cannot wait...she blamed it on slow computers...maybe so but come on...maybe get newer equipment or get them worked on...I do.not have my personal account here and never will due to them being so slow all the time.

Today I brought my 16-year-old daughter in to open a student account with Lori Cramer. I really appreciated that Lori spoke directly to my teen (not expecting me to answer on her behalf), and took the time to explain to her all of the ins and outs of the account. She gave her safety tips and explained the logic behind all of them. My daughter is VERY shy and quiet so she doesn't interact a lot (especially when having to wear a mask). You can tell Lori is a parent and really cares. My daughter can use her account confidently AND learned some things. I will definitely continue my business here and would not hesitate to refer you to do the same!
