I've been with him now for 5 years and had nothing but good experience. This location is very convenient for me it's right across from my doctor's appointment and close to the grocery store in the in the interstate.. Everybody's always been very courteous And efficient.. It's a small bank bank which is not a bad thing bad thing. I've never had to wait more A minute or 2 to get weighted on.. I also like that they have bird feeders sometimes I come on days they're closed or after hours when I can sit in the drive-through it threw and take pictures of the birds. I'm a bird nerd.

Engaged with an iffy site and ended up the next morning waking to a call from the First Financial…read morefraud department. It was determined the best thing to do was void the card used and go to the closest branch for a replacement. I did (815 S. Breiel Boulevard branch) told them what happened expecting some attitude or Tsk-tsks and got, 'We'd be glad to help you'. They did; like another branch in town that helped with my mom's account a while back. Beware of First Financial Bank-- they'll spoil you.

Used to come to this branch most often but every since covid it meh. They redid it .. no longer any…read moredrive thru. It's mainly a inside atm and 3 people at desks that don't do much. They prefer you do the atm while they chat. If that's all they are doing don't see need for 3-4. I dont know if this is temporary but no ac in common areas just cool air blowing on employees. Don't love my lock box being in such temp. If this is all they are they could put atm outside and not have employees. The 3 useless employees are not tellers. I guess this isn't a real bank. Atm didn't give me option for denominations and I needed more than 500. This was waste of time
