The PNC Bank in Mt. Airy has drive thru windows as well as an ATM. The parking lot was good sized. It was easy to get into and out of the parking lot. read more

Lobby closed while other banks are open. On hold long time. Dead silence nothing letting you know you are on hold, just keeps hanging up on.

I told her yes my mom needed a transaction done than she proceeded to tell me to drive back around which we thought was ridiculous never heard of such a thing before so I drove around and we went inside the back instead. Also they have another teller there named amelada she does not know what small bills mean. Wells fargo better step up there game upgrade get tellers that have better customer service skills. If they keep it up they will not have anymore customers. I know a lot of customers that complain about this bank, there are to many banks around in that area.

I guess they are doing so well they don't need anyone else's business... shame...you lose, not me.

I talked to the owner, Sue Cocca, who explained the services that her company offers. Sue sent an email with ProVisions's presentation that completely explained the services that she offers to her clients. Next, I received the forms that I needed to complete for her to handle my property. After the paperwork was completed, Sue went to work. She contacted my tenants (after I let them know that she would be calling) to arrange for a walk through. Sue made recommendations to me regarding items that should be addressed to make the property more attractive to potential renters. Next she contacted service people for me to get estimates. If she received an estimate that she thought was out of line, she made additional contacts. The most important thing to me is that she found a qualified tenant to rent my property very quickly. ProVision Realty and Sue Cocca provides excellent service. She treated my property as if it were her own. If you have property that you need to rent, you would be wise to contact ProVision Realty.
