The worst banking experience I have ever had. Run, not walk away from this institution.

Wells Fargo Bank

This bank is awful. I went there today went to the drive thru to do 2 transaction the teller was…read moresandra she completed my transaction and she asked me was there anything else she could do. I told her yes my mom needed a transaction done than she proceeded to tell me to drive back around which we thought was ridiculous never heard of such a thing before so I drove around and we went inside the back instead. Also they have another teller there named amelada she does not know what small bills mean. Wells fargo better step up there game upgrade get tellers that have better customer service skills. If they keep it up they will not have anymore customers. I know a lot of customers that complain about this bank, there are to many banks around in that area.

I know if I had been at a restaurant I would have left much sooner then we did. now today, I try to get someone to talk to me about rolling over an ira into their bank... call, get transferred, goes back to the First Lady, and she says that this certain person stepped away, transfers me to her voice mail, that was about 2 hours ago... called back, same lady tries to transfer me to same person......nope...back to the lady, she will transfer me to someone else that is in her office,,,,,nope, voice mail... I guess they are doing so well they don't need anyone else's business... shame...you lose, not me.

If y'all are thinking about switching or adding ANY kind of insurance, please give the ladies at…read morePaisley Insurance (Oldtown St. in Galax) a call. I can't express how incredibly helpful, kind, patient, efficient, and competent they've all been. Angel lived up to her name last week and Sharon saved me this morning. Diane and her team have been an absolute blessing many times over the years. I regret not switching all my policies to them sooner. At this point, I've done business with them for around five years and every interaction has been a positive one, no matter how complicated I make it for them. I always feel like they've gone above and beyond to get me the best rates, coverage, and important information that many agents just overlook or won't take the time to explain. They truly make you feel prioritized and cared for.
