Exact opposite for us. 6 months ago our policy was to be cancelled and a new one opened up. Policy was not cancelled, the auto draft was not canceled we were double charged just before Christmas. Then he did not cancel the policy until January which showed us owing $533 for a policy that should have been taken care of....that balance was a negative on our credit record because "there is nothing he could do about it". Time to renew again. We canceled the policy with this company and tried to move on. Once again the auto draft was not canceled and we were charged AGAIN for a canceled policy. We have now broken free from this ridiculous insurance agent 1 year to late for me. Our new agent took care of the previous agent errors and no longer have debt because of his inadequacies. He tried to take our money again and we made sure to put a stop to that. I will tell EVERYONE I know this is a crackpot agency and stay as far as way as possible.... GOOD RIDDENS! read more
