Jeremy is an excellent agent and was super personable and went above and beyond to get me the best rate for auto and home owners. It's good to know help is so close to home and people know who you are. I would definitely recommend. Thanks again to Jeremy and all the staff at Pilot Mountain. read more

Worst insurance business I've ever worked with. The agent (kind of a big guy) was horrible and very rude to me when I signed up. The receptionist was also extremely rude to me, especially when I started having problems with paperwork that were not my fault. Would never recommend and will never go back. Stay away from this company as well, they are the most expensive provider I've seen. I went to liberty mutual for half the cost with better coverage. read more

Simmons Insurance Agency, Inc. - Nationwide Insurance

(1 review)

I've been a client of Leavitt Elite Insurance Advisors (previously known as Simmons Insurance…read moreAgency) for over ten years, and unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing -- this most recent experience was the last straw. Communication has always been an issue. Calls and emails go unanswered, requests are unfulfilled, and aside from the excessive holiday mass texts, there's no meaningful contact from their team. Most recently, my auto insurance policy was canceled without any notice. I wasn't informed by Leavitt that the policy had lapsed on May 22. Even when I contacted their office on May 27, no one mentioned that the policy had already been terminated. It wasn't until I followed up via email days later that I received confirmation -- far too late, and only because I asked. This lack of responsiveness and oversight is unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as critical as insurance coverage. As a loyal client who has never missed a payment and trusted them for over a decade, I expected better. I hope others consider this before placing their trust in Leavitt.

He saved our HOA over $8,000 on insurance and took the time to clearly explain all of the policy details, ensuring everything was appropriate and fully understood. I was so impressed that I asked him to look at my personal auto insurance. It took me just five minutes to send him the necessary information, and by the next day, he had found a new policy that saved me 30%--and even got the coverage transferred over seamlessly. He did the same for my partner, saving her 30% as well. I used to think I was good at finding competitive insurance rates, but working with Scott made it clear that he's in a league of his own. He's knowledgeable, efficient, and truly goes above and beyond. I would trust him with all of my future insurance needs--both HOA and personal--and recommend him to anyone who wants to stop overpaying and start getting expert-level guidance

While I was caring for my mother, I learned the importance of LTC Insurance, since she had none! That experience inspired me to research various plans for myself ~ independently and through a multitude of insurance reps. It was a year-long project which ultimately led me to Danny Mensh, 'the' expert on LTC. Danny provided objective analysis on a wide variety of plans and patiently explained the nuances, pros and cons, inherent in each. He never tried to "sell" a product or service, instead only recommended those that met the criteria important to me. The plan I finally purchased was really custom-designed for me. I couldn't be happier with his expertise and service! Danny has my highest recommendation as an agent who focuses on providing for 'your' needs.
