I came in dealing with a frustrating situation that took multiple visits to resolve, and throughout the entire process, Maddie was nothing short of amazing. From day one, she greeted me with kindness, compassion, and a level of professionalism that is hard to find these days.
As a mother of five, my time and energy are precious, and what could have been an overwhelming experience became manageable because of Maddie's patience and dedication. She consistently took the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure I understood every step. Even when the issues weren't caused by her and were outside of her control, she never treated me like a number or passed me off to someone else.
