This is the first time I went to this location. This one happens to be the closest to my place hence I went there for a specific reason. Open private parking within the bank's vicinity. Upon reaching the tellers, they greet with kindness and respect and would try to get to know you, your day and what not. Transaction was fast and great, was in and out in no time and they would thank you for your business. I have never used their ATMs nor their drive thru service for this location yet.

Now- it used to be, you had to go in and a teller could note your account. Well after waiting 10 minutes for a teller- she told me I "could" do it on the app. Sigh. I was there, I waited... unless they are no longer allowed to note an account (which they "could" have said that)- I don't understand why they couldn't help me. She has limitations on comprehension of social and business dealings and suffers from severe anxiety. I help her in her affairs. She was brave enough to go into this Jacksonville, FL southside location, and was humiliated and denied an account because she could not express her needs. She was dismissed and told she was a scammer. She dialed me on the phone to assist and the representative was yelling at her to hang up the phone. I requested a local branch manager and a corporate manager call, me and no one returned my call. I sent an email to the CEO, Brent Lister and nothing. I called the branch manager Cori VanArsdale and finally got a call back. I explained the situation and was told she would get back to me. She has not! I really question if they have a bad apple in the rep that my sister encountered, or if this is a trickle down from management.
