Your choice of banking, ATM, drive thru or walk inside for full service. I was in need of notary service and kind of in a hurry on a Friday. I stood at the counter for about 1 minute before being waited on. The nice lady at the counter confirmed they could do it but there was one person ahead of me. Fast, friendly and efficient. I'd like to remove 1/2 star due to my dislike for the constant effort to up sell you on some sort of product. Besides that I'm a happy WF customer.

They definitely get only 1-star for I have 5-7 occurrences in the last 13 years that almost made me switch. (Ridiculously poor app updates numerous times, quick - off the hip rule changes on business checks/checking, auto loan declines only to call months later and offering to take it, $12 fee rules are too strict, no ACH transfers for direct deposit.....). Absolute unthoughtful idiots running the show behind the curtain. I have 2 kids savings accounts, 3 prev/curr auto loans, business checking/savings, personal checking, 14k personnel loan and a credit card. No need or reason for $12 monthly fee and only allowing a limited amount of checks without an overcharge. And since they don't have ACH transfer I can't get direct deposit. The only reason I am with this bank is because of the people under this specific roof. Hopefully with this new remodel they will widen the drive-thru though. Only 2 of 4 lanes are ever used and any trailer wider than a normal vehicle does not fit, which is a PITA and a giant flaw. Esp when considering the amount of these types of vehicles used in this area for contractors... heck even normal cars barely fit thru, a shame that is has gone unchanged, while noticed for so many years.

I've been meaning to open a bank account locally but haven't for some reason or another. A month ago I had to get a document notarized and called another bank. They told me they're not able to do it. I decided to just stop in this branch without an appt one Sat afternoon. The guy there told me they're really busy but would be able to squeeze me in before they closed. I did some shopping at SuperTarget and came back within 45 mins. Notarized was completed without any issues. The banker asked me about my banker situation and told me about their checking promo of $250. I wasn't ready at that time. Because I needed to set up a new direct deposit at work, I decided I was ready to open an account and made an appointment online for last Sat afternoon. They were even more busy then last time since they were under construction and was down to one or two ATMS. The appointment probably saved me from an hr wait. I opened a checking account and the promo was still available but it had gone up to $300. Awesome!! I have to wait 90 days before it's deposited into my account but no biggie. Minimum deposit was only $25 and criteria to get the bonus is a min total direct deposit of $4,000 within 3 months. The banker I had an appt with was really cool and friendly. There was another banker that helped me make my first deposit. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience.
