Support was awful to get online account setup with 4 tries through chat and phone to finally get things setup. Just to find out we couldn't payoff loan there. Tried contacting support with number there to ask if one of the options might work even though it wasn't exactly as laid out in payout letter, but horrible automated system that would only send out a payout letter. Just another corporate cost cutting outfit that could care less about customers. Dime a dozen these days.

It has been over two months, they pre approved the buyer yet still no decision on their loan. They promise to get back to you but they don't. They promise a decision will be made by the end of the day and it is not and they don't even have the courtesy to let you know the status. They have missed the contract deadline by a month and don't seem to care. Meanwhile you sit with your house off the market and no end in sight. Never do they give a straight answer to inquiries as to what else they may need to bring and end to the loan approval process. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never try to get a loan from this bank.

Besides the frequent ATM stick-up, this place is CRAZY to get in and out of. The last time I went here, I recall screaming obscenities on the entry and exit of the parking lot. I've been a PNC customer for 20 years. This branch used to be really good as far as attending to…read morethe needs of their customers in a timely manner. It's nothing now to go there and wait 20 to 25 minutes to get service. They are so lightly staffed and the tellers are to assist the customers inside the branch and at the drive through window. It's ridiculous. I feel bad for them but it's also frustrating, as a customer, to have to wait for 25 minutes, or longer, in line with only one teller. I try to use the ATM as much as possible to save time but I can't sometimes. I dread those days. I wouldn't use this branch if it wasn't so close to my house. They need to have more staff working. It's not good customer service.
