We were so happy at the beginning of the process. And then all of the problems happened. We have been trying to get our house for six months now. There is problem after problem and he seems to want to blame other people for the mistakes that he is apart of. He assured us several times on several different occasions and nothing has come of it. I would NOT refer him to anyone for any loan. This has been a complete nightmare.

It has been over two months, they pre approved the buyer yet still no decision on their loan. They promise to get back to you but they don't. They promise a decision will be made by the end of the day and it is not and they don't even have the courtesy to let you know the status. They have missed the contract deadline by a month and don't seem to care. Meanwhile you sit with your house off the market and no end in sight. Never do they give a straight answer to inquiries as to what else they may need to bring and end to the loan approval process. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never try to get a loan from this bank.
