If you need a notary public, don't bother with this bank. The teller/banker told us that if we weren't customers of the bank, they couldn't help us. As it happens, my regular bank did not have a notary working that day and this PNC was next door. Needless to say I found their customer service unsatisfactory and would never recommend this bank to anybody. read more

People get robbed here....a lot... I was a National City client and am now with PNC. This scenic location is not without issue. Besides the frequent ATM stick-up, this place is CRAZY to get in and out of. The last time I went here, I recall screaming obscenities on the entry and exit of the parking lot. There are better branches nearby. I recommend you try one of them first. read more

It started at 195 per month and ended at 374.00.. not only that but they also double dipped and took my my sons insurance money out of MY account! It was around 2PM on the last day of the sale that was ending at 4PM. I went to the basement and there was a sign in the basement that stated anything unmarked was $1.00, I [picked up a power cord to a laptop in a bin full of unmarked items. When I checked with a sales agent and showed him the power cord to a laptop he stated it would be 50% off and would cost 50 CENTS since the sale was ending in 2 hours. I took it to the checkout table and told the the person collecting the money that it was an UNMARKED ITEM from the basement - He then asked me for $10.00 I said that the sign in the basement stated $1 and that an associate had quoted me $1 and I asked him to honor that price. HE BECAME BELLIGERENT raising his voice hollering that he didn't have to sell it to me for a $1.00 as I was told. I then raised my voice to make sure everyone heard that he was charging me 10 TIME MORE then I was told. I am calling this Bait and Switch - Kimable Brown NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO HONOR THEIR PRICING AS POSTED. The checkout person tried to charge me over 10 TIMES THE PRICE I WAS GIVEN AND THE PRICE THAT WAS POSTED. I was a good customer and I will NEVER step foot into another Kimble Brown TAG SALES.

The people who work here are always pleasant and helpful, making sure to greet every person who enters the doors and make them feel welcome. They are a small branch but their line always moves quickly. Though if you can avoid rush hour, it's probably for the best. Their drive through is super convenient as long as all the customers from the mustard seed next door don't block your way. They do have parking specifically for the bank in the parking lot but the people going to mustard seed tend to disregard the signs. They have been fining and even towing more though so hopefully that problem decreases over time.
