Absolutely shocked by the behavior directed at my wife and I by the "President" of the company…read more Gary mismanaged our taxes from the second we sat down with him. He actually said the words "We'll try to sneak your return passed the IRS"! After several return visits to fix his mistakes and an infinite amount of patience on our part, Gary, on the telephone with my wife, explodes into a fit of rage and says he's done with OUR attitude and he's done with us! Upon arriving to his office to collect our papers, Gary again explodes into another fit of rage and obscenity, slammed our files down onto the floor and physically tried to corner my wife and intimidate her to sign off on his form absolving him of his failure to complete his job and any legal liability. Never in 39yrs have I ever been treated so completely unprofessionally. It is my opinion Gary shouldn't be in direct contact with the general public, it is my feeling he is a dangerously unpredictable individual capable of extreme and unwarranted anger and violence. As of right now we are seeking legal counsel to determine our next step. No one should be subjected to the mistreatment and total disregard the likes of which we were forced to undergo.

They tried to bill me for setting up software I set up myself on my day off after a computer crashed. When I questioned the bill, I was totally ignored. No emails were returned, and no phone calls were returned either. When I asked to speak to a higher up, I also was ignored. I can't believe in this day and age that you can get away with such terrible customer service. I ended up finding another computer guy, and in the end the 415 group did not hold up their end of the deal. I asked them to uninstall all of their web monitoring software by 9/30/2017, and on 10/3/2017 it was still installed in 2 of my computers. When I asked them to remove it, they told me I was on my own. Very unprofessional. I would not suggest using their services.
