Within a few hours the apprasier had already called and set an appointment. The apprasier kept in contact and sent a reminder text to confirm a few days before. On the day of the appraisal he showed up on time and began taking the pictures outside that he needed. After introducing himself he completed his inside photos and then sat down with us to explain how everything would work. He was nice and professional. The appraisal was on a Saturday. By the afternoon of Monday the appraisal paperwork had been provided via email. They were quick and professional and I would recommend if you have appraisal needs.
