The installation guy was great, he was supposed to have a helper that day, but he was alone that day he worked like heck to get it all installed before 6:00 PM. This location has terrible customer service. My parents stopped in expressing their concerns about…read moreripples in their carpet shortly after installation. Also, seam coming apart. That issue was taken care of pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the problems appeared again only worse. My parents stopped in again, expressing their concerns, a couple of times. The carpet is now showing wear marks, in doorways, around the beds. I stopped in with photos, unfortunately, those don't work either. There is date for stretching the carpet again, but that's not going to help the wearing look, or the seams. All the furniture is going to have to be removed, there is something wrong with this piece of carpet. It's obvious, because of the wear paths. Telling my parents to get it steam cleaned then bring them the bill to turn it into a claim.

When i told him his customer service and minuscule discount was subpar, he informed me that he "didn't have to compensate at all and I could find that clause on the back of the invoice". Needless to say, I'll NEVER do business with this company again! Sad because I'm a strong advocate for small business... and ususal they have the best customer service.
