This is a great branch of PNC Bank. I called to check to make sure that they did provide notary service since that's what I needed, and they did and welcome me in. I came in. The door was greeted at the door by the person I needed, he had a big smile on his face and was very friendly throughout the transaction. Since my company is a customer, they took care of it for me quickly and without charge. The ladies behind the counter, were also very friendly had big bright smiles on their faces and maintained very positive conversations with their customers. She is what makes this bank 4 stars and not the average 3 star bank rating I give most banks. As most banks all do the same things, except Brandy is a great asset to use at this bank. My fiance had an account there he needed to close and the lady was very rude. She told him he probably wouldn't be able to open one elsewhere and said his new job overseas is probably a scam. He didn't ask for her opinion and he already opened an account at Regions before closing the one at PNC. She was borderline crazy and extremely rude on top of it. Will never recommend you to anyone or bank there ever again. Try getting a more professional staff and be sure they have basic good manners. He would have kept a savings there had she not been so rude to him. read more

I've lived in Greenfield my whole life and have been a member of PNC ever since the location was a National City Bank. I've only ever had good experiences with them and they were extremely helpful one time when my identity got stolen. They worked through everything with me and I came out ultimately unharmed.
