I don't trust a machine in the parking lot since I had one eat my card once and it took a month to replace. This machine was great since others make you hit the plus and minus for the bills of currency you want. This one just asked if you want all 20's or mixed currency to save you the hassle.

I am not a key customer but know they can cash their checks for a fee. long story short the lady must've taken her job too seriously. Checked my employers account for about 10 mins to see if it's legit....its LITERALLY a billion dollar corporation that she can clearly see, but I'll digress. By the end of her "investigation" she said she will not cash it. while giving me a list of reasons why... saying the signature ink didn't match the other ink, that a number looked scribbled out and re-written, that the signature did not match (which is ridiculous since it's a payroll checked signed by an authorized person to do so).. etc etc. Never asked for any form of identification or employer identification. I understand that it's up to the clerk's discretion, but she didn't fall short of making me feel like I was trying to conduct a shady transaction. Here is a thought! If I was trying to do dumb stuff why the heck would I go to the same bank my EMPLOYER uses? Or maybe she would have seen I was an employee if she asked for my credentials. If posting a picture of the check wasn't a dumb idea I would, to show the "discrepancies" she apparently saw. I hope her pillow is hot on both sides.
