My mom was in the hospital and during that time she lost possession of her vehicle. I filled out a PoA to help my mom and get her affairs in order. The process took over a week to the point where I had to go back in to see what was happening. When I got to the office and sat down I was asked " what I planned to use the PoA for "? When I asked if it was protocol to ask why someone why they needed a PoA she refused to answer and stated that the recovery team would need to know what I intended to do with it before they could accept it. When I pressed the question I was told it's due to the situation, when I inquired about the situation I was told it was because under the circumstances they needed to know my intentions. But what it ultimately boiled down to was my appearance. Which I can't help the way I look. And will always look like this. I shouldn't be punished for it.

Kellogg has always been very professional and courteous to us every time we go there. We are very impressed with all the staff at Kellogg on B Drive North!

Received an email 2 weeks later saying our payments were late, called the Branch to be told that the envelope was taken out of the Vault that morning and logged in. the payments were never made, the envelope and the checks disappeared. Spoke with the branch and they searched everywhere for those items and could never find them anyplace. I contacted the President of the Bank as this is incredibly disturbing that a clients checks can be pulled out of the dual control vault and then disappear. He agreed, and said would launch an investigation. 5 weeks later I call him back and he says, nope. Didn't find anything... As a loan customer there, I am very concerned with the security of the bank. If they can lose 2 payments from a dual control night drop... what else can they loose or do incorrectly??
