The response that followed included a condescending commentary about the type of service being offered, which I found off-putting and ultimately prompted this review. While the company is entitled to its pricing and positioning, I found the follow-up after a clear decline unnecessary. For a service that bills itself as "luxury," the level of tact and professionalism leaves much to be desired, especially at that price point.

We were able to track the location of the car via app and knew exactly where the driver was at all times. The vehicle was a shiny black Cadillac XT6 and the driver was dressed in a dark suit (and wore white gloves! I can't think of many car service drivers that present at that level in this day and age outside of the major urban areas). High touch services continued during our ride. You want wifi? You got it. Would you prefer still or sparkling water? A fragrance-free environment. It felt like a mini spa treatment in a car as our driver calmly and competently slogged (if that's possible) through a nasty accident-induced traffic jam AND a torrential storm that flooded the highway while we dozed off and caught up on emails. She arrived frazzled and parked a full lane away from the curb, then told us we were not allowed to touch our own luggage due to "DOT regulations." After arriving home--an hour and a half later--we discovered she never loaded two of our bags into the van. When we tried to address it, she became combative, offered no help whatsoever, and simply drove off. Thankfully, when we contacted JFK, they found the luggage left in the road where she had been parked. My husband had to make a three-hour round-trip drive to retrieve everything as soon as we got home. We only asked for reimbursement of the basic expenses we were forced to pay out of pocket: $40 gas $60 parking $20 to the person who safeguarded the luggage A total of $120--not even counting tolls, time, or inconvenience.
