Reliable and trustworthy! I use them to send my son to his practices/school and I use them to go to the metro north station and the airport. Always on time and cars are clean. I have tried different cab companies in town..but i have been overcharged or they have showed up really late.. Soo far...they are the best in town. read more

Some of their driver are extremely rude. I do not recommend them unless they are your very last resort and unfortunately they often ate. read more

Ecuataxi is never reliable, but it's one of the only services available in Ossining. They're always late. The guy on the phone will say 5 minutes and you'll be waiting 15. You're much better off just calling an uber. read more

Horrible Service. I called 25 minutes before my train, and they never showed. When I called back to see where my taxi was, they hung up. Called back again, and the phone was busy. Ended up walking. read more

We had a train to catch for an important work meeting. We called them at 9:32am, they told us 5 minutes. It was 9:45 when we called them again asking where they were, they said 1 minute. At 9:50 we called them again asking where they were and they hanged up the call. read more

I called saying I needed a taxi, and they asked me where do i need to go, and when I state my destination, they suddenly said that they aren't available. yesterday I called them too and they never showed up . I was late to the place I needed to be. this business truly is the worst. read more

The most reckless driver on the road. Merged when the car is within hitting distance without turning signal. And the exact same maneuver happened TWICE within 2 mins, not only risking crushing into 2 cars and also endangering the lives of the passengers in the taxi too. Avoid this company if you want to live. DashCam footage available to view here: https://youtu.be/D1_DqFxM8X4 read more

Ecua Taxi Limo - Reckless merging. Dangerous driver. Intoxicated??! - Limos Near Me - Ossining, New York

Right from the phone call to the office, the guy who answered was an answered the phone was an incredibly rude asshole. Driver shows up late, drives like an asshole. Never use this shit company read more

Ecua taxi is the worst taxi service available in Ossining. They take way longer to arrive to you then anticipated. When you call them back about it, they catch an attitude and tell you to wait with no update. Awful. read more

Every bit as bad as a bad Queens black car company. The drivers are ok, honestly, and if you want to support a horrible company giving $5 at the train to your place wont be too bad, but calling them is a fiasco. Their dispatcher, not sure if they changed him (and honestly don't care) is/was rude, ignorant that Croton Ave isn't Croton, NY (no I don't have cab in Croton this morning!) and if you call to ask where in the hell the cab is after waiting... and waiting... you will be greeted to the same guy saying "my guy came but you weren't there!" I called once to ask if they had cabs available, and the guy, hilariously, responded "my guy came but you weren't there!"... "I haven't called yet today... this is my first time... care to retract that?" "Huh?" Yeah... too many cab companies in this little town to mess with the really bad ones. read more

Great service.Always have cabs available. They get me to the train or JFK on time. They always say it will be 10 minutes, sometimes it's a long 10 minutes. Also it's good to pay with cash. They say they take credit cards but it was such a complicated procedure.luckily I spotted an ATM nearby when we reached my destination.Overall they are one of the better taxi's. read more

Ecua Taxi Limo - Limos Near Me - Ossining, New York

This taxi company is very unreliable. This is the second time I tried to used them and they did not show up. When I called to complain about the driver not showing up the dispatcher took no accountability and was not apologetic. This company is very irresponsible and is not reliable. Please beware of this company. read more

This Taxi company is super slow (by this I mean 15-30 minutes) to get to you and when you arrive, their is more than one person in the cab. All around Ecua Taxi is a horrible taxi and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The companies attitude is dictating, disgusting and toxic and if I could rate 0 stars I would. All around this is the worst taxi company in Ossining and probably in the World! read more

NEVER CALL THEM!!! Called a half hour before I needed a taxi. I was told 5-8 min wait, after 20 min I called and I was assured that the taxi is on his way.... To make a long story short - missed my train and a had a friend take me... They never showed up !! read more

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU HAVE A PLACE TO BE! Called three times before booking my reservation (no one speaks English). Then asked them to arrive early. When a few minutes late I called again and they said they had arrived. No where to be found. He called the driver and they were in the next city over. Spent $65 on Uber only to miss the train. When I called to ask for an owner they said he comes in between 5am-6am and doesn't care about their service. I don't know that lady who have 4 stars to drive her son but you need to read all the other poor reviews and not use this service. For $30 in free Uber use this link: https://www.uber.com/go/MYDRINKON read more

Horrible, unreliable, & major issues with telling time 5 minutes is actually 15 -30 & if you think the customer is always right forget it with this company! You should consider yourself lucky that you have to pay them for service. Stop signs & red lights have taken on a new meaning, "If iI feel like it, I may stop" it's beyond me how their still in business. Do yourself a favor & walk... Save yourself the aggravation!!!! read more

Dispatcher was rude and hung up on me when I requested a cab . Reading previous reviews that seems to be a trend . Can't believe these guys are allowed to stay in business , it's a joke. read more

The car service they sent had no A/C! It was 95 degrees and humid in NY. The hour and fifteen minute drive to the airport was like sitting in a broiler. I'm not sure how the company could send a car with broken air conditioning... I'll never use this car service again! read more

This is probably the "best" taxi service for around town in Ossining (going to the train and etc), however they are still not great. I think the town of Ossining needs to come up with passenger bill of rights similar to NYC, because none of the taxi companies in Ossining to a good job. I take this taxi service a few times a week to train when I'm working late, I would say 1 out of 3 times they are actually on time, its better than the other companies in town and when they are late its only by 3-4 minutes not by the 10-15 minutes for other companies. read more

Well I yet to get ride from them, but when trying to offer them a sweet ongoing customer driving at least 8 trips on a weekly basis from Ossining to Chappaqua. They told me it was 25.00 each way for a 6 mile trip. Seriously?... and to boot they would not budge on price knowing they could have just gotten a new client. This is not a one off... Your loss. So I gave them 1 star as doing business is not their thing. read more

BEWARE. Very unprofessional. I was charge $55 on my credit card after being told I would be charged $30. Driver picked me up, got gas (10 mins), drove the wrong direction (15 mins), and then we got stuck in traffic. I had budgeted enough time for this. Driver got off highway at wrong exit. Had to get back on highway (20 mins). Missed the last train back to Boston. I called company to complain and we agreed to the $30 price but now I have to fight them because they charged me $55. Beware. read more

Worst taxi company in the area. When I first moved to this part of Westchester, I didn't have a car and I was calling taxis every day. This particular company was always late, if they came at all. They would say: 15 minutes and would take 45 if they came. For a few months, I was an optimist and kept on calling and asking that the manager calls me back. Before I stopped calling them, I wanted to let the manager know why. The person picking up the phone hanged up on me, multiple times. The manager never, ever called back. Don't call them. I ended up using Big taxi instead. By the way, Ecua taxi was also overcharging me. Call somebody else if you hVe any hopes to get to your destination. read more

After waiting for over an hour for their taxi to arrive, I finally cancelled. I suggest you don't use this taxi, but instead go with Mega Taxi or another company who is more than willing to arrive on time. Ecuataxi doesn't give accurate arrival times. read more

Our train was 14 min late and when trying to call and tell the dispatcher he dropped the "F-bomb" on my friend and cursed out my 69 year old mother. We made alternate arrangements with a very friendly ride share app. When the Ecua driver returned we refused his service based entirely on the dispatcher's horrific behavior. I hope others don't bother with Ecua and avoid the unseemly abuse we received. read more

I had a sick child in school and our 2nd car is down so my wife used them to pick up my son and have them wait while she did and then bring them both back home. They came on time and ok the driver was newer and had a little trouble with direction but got it right quick enough. Not sure how they would be if I used them often enough but they delivered when we really needed them. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. They just never showed up. I waited 40 minutes, 10 of that sitting in the cold at their request. Spoke to the dispatcher 5 times, each time he said 2 minutes. Finally he said he had no one to pick me up. Missed my train... Absolute joke read more

I am still waiting for the no fault insurance information!!!!!! Meanwhile, the hospital is harassing me for the information. Rude, Crude, and Obnoxious. Parks in the middle of the road, then curses out "Your Mother" if you say anything. I guess his Mother didn't raise him well. First time user. They showed up in 5 minutes. Driver was young but very polite. The dispatcher quoted me a firm price--much appreciated because many taxis won't and you're at the mercy of the driver. And Ecu was cheaper than nearby services by the way. read more

0 rating for them, I called them to pick up my son at school, they told me they can't as too many kids would be there and they wouldn't know who to pick up, even though I gave the idiot my sons name and told him he'd be waiting out front the main building. I gave another company the job read more

Called them today, needed a cab quick. Came with in 5 minutes. Only charged me 7 dollars to go to the following town. Cab driver was fine. Nothing special, just a cab - but I'm always weary of cabs & this was safe, clean and fine. read more

When I found myself in need of a ride to the train station at 5:30am I hesitated to call Ecua based on all the negative feedback here. However after going down the list of cab companies and only getting voicemail or no answer at all after calling 5 or 6, I called Ecua Taxi Limo. The dispatcher answered right away and said a car would be there in 7 minutes. 5 minutes later there as a taxi waiting outside my house. The car was clean and fairly new. The driver was friendly and courteous. I won't hesitate calling the next time I need a ride. read more

Car was in bad shape. I don't want to get in a cab and see the engine alerts for an oil change and another alert for the suspension. The seat also had a huge hole in it. They have some work to do. Driver was fine, none of this is his fault. He also arrived early which is great. read more

Horrible service, rude drivers. I called for a taxi to take me to Westchester county airport which is only 12 miles away from my home, the dispatcher told me $40 on the phone and when I got to the airport the driver tried to charge me $75. read more

They get negative stars! Do not ever call this cab service. They are not punctual or reliable at all. Waiting at the train station alone for over 15 minutes for a ride. Station is completely dead, not another sole in sight. I called half hour ahead of time to ensure this didn't happen and sure enough, no cab waiting. They are rude, their cabs smell and they suck! read more

Needed a ride to JFK for a business trip. This place fashions itself as a professional airport service. It was terrible. The dispatcher changed the quoted price and then essentially called me a liar. Using a credit card necessitates reading your number over the driver's cell phone back to the dispatcher, repeating it three times. The driver doesn't use GPS. The last straw was heading to the Whitestone Bridge I realized the car didn't even have EZ pass. Waiting in toll line for 15 minutes. Unacceptable. This place is run like it's 1982. The driver was polite, but the company and system don't deserve to be in business. This place needs to clean up its act. Would not use again. read more

My family has used Ecua Taxi over the years, but, no longer! My husband was charged $5 more today for the same trip to the train station that he has taken several times before, most recently this last week. Additionally, the driver was very rude to him. When I called the cab company to complain about the higher charge, I was told that my husband was mistaken and that he had always paid the higher fare! When I told him that my husband had always paid $10 not $15 he told me I was wrong too! After having read some of the other reviews here I see that we are not the first victims of being overcharged and being treated in a less than professional manner. If it was at all possible I wouldn't give them even one star. read more
