Horrible experience with Manny's Taxi. Just a heads-up that I would strongly recommend not using…read moreManny's Taxi for any future taxi transportation. Unfortunately, we've now had two negative experiences with them. The first time, they arrived about 20 minutes late for a pickup, which resulted in our colleague missing her train. We used them again today hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt, and the fare ended up being higher than what had originally been communicated. When my BP questioned the additional cost, the response from the driver was very rude and inappropriate, essentially telling her that if she didn't like it, she could use another company. I followed up directly with the company afterward and spoke with the driver, who identified himself as the owner. When I explained the situation and said I intended to raise a complaint, he was dismissive and indicated that he did not care. He said go file a complaint and then i will file a complaint on you for filing a complaint on me. Seemed very unprofessional. Avoid using them at all costs!!!

I had gotten quotes from various car services and All County was by far the lowest. Their communication and service was outstanding during the entire process, from the initial quote, additional questions I had along the way, to confirmation of the pickup, driver information and meeting place. My driver Nestor was terrific, especially considering the Friday evening traffic getting out of the city. I would not hesitate to use them again next time I'm in the NYC area.

Driver got to me at 1:56. Needless to say I was late and missed the event. I spent almost $35 for nothing. I called back to speak with the owner and the circular conversation led no where and no money was refunded. Had the dispatcher been honest about when the driver could get me in Bedford to get to Mt Kisco- I could have called another company or gotten a ride elsewhere. I relied on this person whom I've known for years to know his job and relay information truthfully. I was terribly wrong to do that. After years of friendly service, often quiet helpful - this dismissive lack of customer service ends the relationship. Business don't treat customers that way.
