I have gotten used to them and am exceedingly happy to have had them done. I needed some tweaking as most people do so I went back today for that. There was not any major fixing that needed to be done but she went over a few of the areas that needed a little more color or a little less color. She evened things out. They now look Perfect I am so happy with them. I may have to go back in a year or two for an update but other than that I am good to go. And if you are depressed you should go see Alli. Her personality will have you smiling before you leave the building.

I initially chose Daela because I had an excellent experience with their laser treatments. Before…read morethis most recent visit, I had actually received injectable treatments there on two separate occasions with no noticeable results. However, because I was so impressed with the laser side of the practice, I wanted all of my cosmetic treatments in one place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, believing perhaps the previous injectables had simply been an isolated experience. Unfortunately, after my third injectable treatment, I once again saw absolutely no visible improvement. From the moment I arrived, the appointment felt rushed rather than welcoming. No numbing cream was offered before the procedure, making the injections more uncomfortable than necessary. Upon asking for some numbing cream, while I was speaking, a foam-like substance was placed on my lips that went into my mouth, leaving an unpleasant taste and numbing the inside of my whole mouth. The entire appointment lasted only about 15 minutes, leaving me questioning how thoroughly the treatment had been performed. Most concerning was the outcome. There was absolutely no visible change whatsoever in the specific areas I requested to be treated, not even a subtle improvement. After three injectable appointments with no noticeable results, I felt compelled to share my honest experience and initially left a one-star review. Shortly afterward, Lina, one of the owners, reached out to discuss my concerns. My husband spoke on my behalf. During that conversation, I genuinely felt she heard my concerns. She offered complimentary laser treatments as a goodwill gesture, and I appreciated what I believed was a sincere effort to make things right. Because I felt my concerns had been acknowledged, I voluntarily removed my original one star review and replaced it with a four-star review. I did this because I wanted my review to reflect not only my disappointing injectable experience, but also the fact that I believed the business cared enough to address it. Unfortunately, that goodwill did not last. My husband then began receiving repeated harassing text messages telling him that I would not be allowed to use the complimentary laser treatments unless I changed my review again, this time to a perfect five-star review. He was told my account would be flagged and the complimentary treatments would not be honored until I rewrote the review to their satisfaction. That crossed a line for me. Reviews should reflect a customer's genuine experience, not be influenced by pressure or conditioned on receiving services. I could not honestly write a five-star review because it simply was not true. Money has never been the issue. I am happy to pay for excellent cosmetic treatments and exceptional results. What I cannot accept is paying for injectable treatments that produced no visible improvement and then feeling pressured to change my honest review in exchange for services that had already been offered as a gesture of goodwill. A medical spa should be a place where you feel pampered, cared for, respected, and confident in the treatments you receive. Instead, I found myself having to defend my experience, explain why I was disappointed despite seeing no results, and ultimately defend my right to leave an honest review. I appreciate that the owner initially reached out and attempted to resolve the situation. However, the subsequent pressure to change my review fundamentally changed how I viewed the entire experience. For that reason, this review reflects my experience in its entirety. I will be reporting Daela to the Oregon Medical board that regulates medical spas. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. There are many excellent providers for injectables and laser treatments, and I believe every patient deserves quality results, respectful treatment, and the freedom to leave an honest review without feeling pressured or manipulated.

I live in Eugene, but went here (Feb-Oct 2022) because I thought I had to go to Portland for a good…read morePMUA (PMU artist). Megan did great with my brows, only went over them 2-3 times. Did go too far in on one side, but my new PMUA went over it with saline which pushed the ink out. She seems to need more training for eyeliner and lips as she went over mine 7+ times. I did want a more intense/dark look, but even after the 7th+ time, my eyeliner/lips only held ~70% of the ink. Pics are from after 1st/2nd time and least time (7th/8th?). I have a LOT of experience with body tattoos and I know everybody's body holds ink differently. After going to my new PMUA in W. Eugene, I realize that my face skin doesn't hold ink great, but it should not have taken this many times to get the ink to hold if using proper technique. It also risked scar tissue forming. She also tried to camouflage a few of my small scars, but they turned orange so my new PMUA had to saline remove them. Megan is such a kind, wonderful person, but I cannot recommend her for anything except brows until she gets further training. Good/dark PMU photo is from new PMUA who only went over eyeliner/lips ~4 times. Message me for the name. New PMUA is a former ICU RN and has a strong medical background.
