Joyce made it easy to book an appointment through text and was communicative and responsive from beginning to end. She was transparent about prices and expectations. When I arrived, Joyce greeted me, had me fill out some preliminary paperwork, and then discussed with me my prior experience with lash extensions. I was impressed with her knowledge about the subject; she has clearly been doing this for many years and really knows her stuff. I was a tricky case too - coming in with 3-4 week old extensions that were partially botched by the time I arrived. But Joyce was able to recover the damage and made my eyelashes look full and luxurious. She also taught me about what kind of lashes to avoid and what to ask for in the future. The salon itself is small and cozy, catering to a single customer experience. I really liked that and felt comfortable. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Joyce for an affordable, high-quality experience.

Joyce was a complete sweetheart from the start. When I made my appointment, she stayed in touch and looped me in for any earlier appointments in the week! When I arrived, the studio felt like a retreat on a hot day, it was so calm and cool. Joyce greeted me and had me fill out some paperwork, all of which is pretty standard for lash extensions. We chatted about length and I opted for less natural, and more Kim Kardashian. Joyce had a few questions, then proceeded to go to work, and I took a "lash nap," as I call it. When I woke up, I was floored at how gorgeous my lashes came out! They're full, fluffy, and every single lash looks so precisely placed. I love my lashes, and the overall experience can't be beat. I was hesitant to write this review because I wanted to keep this best kept secret on yelp to myself, but there's no point in being greedy. Plus who doesn't love it when you can book via email? See you in 3 weeks for my fill, Joyce!

She takes her time with every step to make sure your brows are absolutely perfect before you leave. My brows are naturally sparse and thin, and by the time she was done, they looked full, thick, and beautifully shaped - better than I imagined they could look. Her salon is gorgeous, and Ursula herself is sweet, charming, and truly a pleasure to be around. The whole experience felt relaxing, welcoming, and elevated. I highly recommend her and I will never go anywhere else. Why a gem!

Megan rescued my eyebrows after having had micro blading at another place, 3 years ago. The other…read moreshop had the absolute best reviews and y far, the most OF them, which is why I went there first. The gal I went to there (the owner) charged $1000, so it wasn't el cheapo by any stretch (it's my face after all), and the color ended up being way too dark (I was told it would fade--it never did), and the shape was really overpowering given how dark it was. I waited nearly 3 years hoping it would fade and it never did. So went to a laser place to have them removed, which took another six months of having red eyebrows. Finally I found Megan, who uses the Nano technique (more like a tattoo than a blade). It was FAR less painful, healed better, and the color looks 10 times better now. I can even see some strokes, whereas before there were none. Just a block of dark color over each eye. It was a long process, and it cost more than I ever anticipated, but it's finally right now! Plus she's just a really sweet person. I highly recommend her services!
