The technical support representative could not verify that my account was delinquent and then my account was assessed a $29 late fee after only five days grace period. I read the terms, and there is no explanation of when a service disconnection due to non-payment would occur.... I simply forgot and I didn't receive any electronic notifications, except from my Nest camera that went offline at 2pm. I am disappointed that there is not an extended grace period. I am dissatisfied with their overall service. I am enrolled in online classes, and I can't even use my laptop in the back bedroom for $80/month at 100mbps*. 1/5 do not recommend!
