He just laid out the different packages, I chose the one that best fit my needs and he got to work setting everything up. He made sure to clean up when he was done. He did a fantastic job. They started out to be responsive and very helpful. They found us the best deal with cash back and arranged for installation. We thought everything was going well and would be as they promised. However, after set up they completely forgot about us. They didn't submit the forms correctly to get the rebate promised. We kept waiting for it to happen. Every time we called about it they said they would fix it. They never did. They finally said they'd split the rebate since it was too late to fix with the provider and they'd just have to pay it. Not our fault they didn't do it right the first time, but I guess we got something. We will never use them again. Next time we will just deal with the 800 number of the big company instead of trying to go local. Very disappointing service after the sell.

Never one late payment, or anything else!! When I moved I tried to shut off the service. They talked me into suspending it instead of quitting. I told them I wasn't sure when I would be moving in and they told me to give them a call when I wanted it turned on. They turned my service back on without me even knowing and because I have automatic payments they charged me for one of their most expensive plans for two or three months before I even realized it. I never used one piece of their equipment or watched one second of their programming!! When I complained they refused to refund any of my money and couldn't have been worse to work with. After almost a decade of being a perfect customer this is what I get?! I never write a bad review and I can't say enough bad right now. I will NEVER recommend DISH and I will never be a customer of theirs again!!
