I was scheduled for an MRI with contrast and my insurance company set the appointment up. So I…read morearrive 15mins early and was asked to fill out the necessary paperwork. When I returned to the desk, the lady asked for my doctors order. I told her that I did not have that but it should've been sent over by my insurance company. She stated she never received it. I, of course asked, how did you set the appointment and know what I need if you don't have my doctors order? Why would that even be acceptable? She had no answer and said she just didn't have it. I immediately got on the phone and called my insurance company so that they could start the process of sending it over via fax and email. While I was waiting at the counter, talking to my insurance company, the assistant at the counter asked, how was I paying? I explained that it was prepaid through my insurance company. She stated that she relayed to them the day prior that prepaid was unaccepted and that I could not present a prepaid virtual card, it would have to be a physical card to prove this payment. I explained that they don't give you a physical card...It's all done electronically and that this is been the process as far as I could remember. She continued to explain that she told my insurance company already. Why not me? I didn't receive a call to relay this info and since I'm the patient and had already paid, I should've been notified of this before driving to the location when my appointment was not approved per their policy. Also, it wasn't mentioned once I gave my name and was asked to fill out the paperwork while requesting that I removed my jewelry at the same time by this same person. So, the frustration was building as I'm waiting on the order to be sent and now I'm thinking about the compiling situation at hand. They don't have the doctors order, they're not accepting my prepaid payment and then she tells me that I'm over the appointment time and I'll have to reschedule... Are you kidding me? I am so upset and in pain, more disappointed in their service and the way they are handling this and treating me. The fact that I never received any personal correspondence from them and in pain at the same time is utterly ridiculous and it's obvious that they have a problem with communication, office staff, management and personal skills. African-American people may be an issue for them as well, as I saw a couple other red flags so be cognizant of these issues before scheduling with them because their handling of patients and insurance companies is very unacceptable. They don't care about the patient, just about their money it seems.

Then I finally come today and 95% of the time I couldn't even see anything, and the other 5% all I got to see was toes and the top of his face for legit less then 5 minutes. I completely understand they have a job to do first and then they show the expecting mom after but it was just really quick.. Due to the virus I also had to come alone, which I understand, but I assumed I'd get at least one ultrasound picture to take with me or something but nope, nothing. The tech allowed me to take two pics with my phone so I have something but I've literally never been to an ultrasound place they didn't provide not even one picture. I also self pay so this gets expensive and if I was told I wouldn't be given one picture or barely any time to see my baby, I would NOT have picked here. Thanks for the epic disappointment.

I wish I could tell you my experience with Dr. Kendall, but I didn't get to see him. I made it to…read morethe office at 9:50am for a 10:30 appt. They have a small waiting room, maybe 10 chairs, with 2 empty seats. The lady I sat next to was complaining about the wait as I was sitting down. As time went by, and people were going in and out, I noticed that people were being called back that came after me. Now, I'm reasonable and I know that there are other services being provided. However, a lady came in and sat right next to me. We chatted for about 30 minutes about different things. She told me that she was there to see Dr. Kendall. At about 11:15, someone came out and called her. At this point, I've been there for nearly 90 minutes! And why is this lady being called before me? So, I get up and I wait behind a lady checking in. Someone walks up and nicely asked if I was checking in. I said I want to make sure you all did not forget about me and her response was that there were only 2 doctors there. This has nothing to do with why people who walked in after me are being called back before me. So, I sat down, made an appt for 11:45 at an Orthopedic doctor down the street. I walked out, made it to my appointment at 11:40 and was almost immediately whisked away for an x-ray. I saw a doctor and was out of there within 45 minutes. So, I wasted a $55 copay at an office that did not provide me any services. I don't know if existing patients have priority over new patients at this office, but this should have been explained when I made the appointment. The lady I chatted with says Dr Kendall is a great doctor. Give him a try if you've got all day to wait.​​
