Need to hire better people. Unqualified both on human level (EQ) and on professional level. Waste of time going there.

Office experience, efficiency, it's concerning that a whole office of doctors quit in one location that's especially in need.

Can't think of a better place for a sick child. Knowledgeable staff, attentive, great bedside manner.

My Child had a sprained ankle and the staff were so nice to them, they diagnosed them clearly and in a way that both of us could understand

Steer clear of this practice. We had been going to them since birth. Our daughter had multiple ear…read moreinfections. We called with a fever of 104.7 and the incompetent nurse told us to call back the next day because there were no openings. I would think a fever that high would be an exception. I had called the two previous days with a fever of 102 and the same nurse said it was normal after shots. I don't where she went to school but that's not normal. We ended up in the emergency clinic. And surprise surprise, it was another ear infection. If she had listened to my concerns we could have gotten antibiotics in her system 3 days earlier! (And they noticed fluid in her ears during the shots. A clear precursor to an ear infection!) We decided to switch practices because of this incident and I've been trying for 2 weeks to get our records. For some reason they wouldn't physically hand then to me even though I had filled out the proper paperwork and faxed it to them. 2 weeks later and still waiting for our records If you want a hassle-free practice with competent nurses, do not go here.

I absolutely love this practice. I was originally referred to another pediatric doctor for my son…read moreand that was a complete nightmare. When I called Pediatric Partners in tears over my situation they were so kind and understanding of my fears as a new mom and the fact that my son wasn't having his needs met. It was such a relief to come into a clean facility with well trained staff. Everyone who came into our sons waiting room immediately washed their hands before touching him, which doesn't seem like something you'd have to watch for but the previous office did not. Dr. Ganeles has been amazing to work with, not only is she a wealth of knowledge as a pediatric doctor she is also a lactation consultant and helped me with my nursing issues the first day we met her. Her love for her practice and the little ones she cares for is obvious. So grateful to have been referred here!

I wouldn't recommend. The front desk people have such a snarky attitude. They make you feel like…read moreyou are bothering them with any request or question. The practice doesn't feel personable at all. The office is so drab. I don't like talking poorly of doctors, so I won't write anything of Dr Perks, but I will just say that if you must go here, I'd try to book with Dr. Duffy. But I don't know if it's worth dealing with the front desk staff here. The only positive was that they fill out forms for free.

We brought our 3 children to Pedicorp (Windsor specifically) since my oldest was born 16 years ago…read more We decided to have my older two boys start going to see our family PCP vs Pedicorp (this decision was done after multiple, over the course of years, disappointing to say the least, experiences at Pedicorp). My youngest had been seeing Dr Kim and we liked her and her team but after we moved our boys we got a rude letter letting us know that our daughter was no longer welcome at the practice! We were completely shocked. With time and space we have come to appreciate the fact they did this because as much as we like those that cared for her, ownership/management is clearly not valuing relationships and overall health. We did call to ask (their other location) if this was standard practice and no one had heard of this ever happening before. There is more I could say and if you would like to discuss I would be happy to if it helps you avoid the disappointing experience we have had over the years with this office (Windsor specifically).

Worse pediatrician office ever. My experience with this office…read more My son has had some medical issues. You call in the morning at 9am you will get a call back at 830 at night from the Dr. After she goes shopping and will tell you this, After telling you 5 other storys not pertaining to anything. Before that she will have her side kick. Carlos call you that will lie and make up stuff to make you feel like you got a answer. Then after weeks of running around with no good answer you will try to switch pediatrician office and they tell you it will take 30 days to release his records. Knowing he has a medical condition. This office and staff are ruid and do not care about your child or you. If there was a 0 star they would get it

I requested Dr. Barbara Ziogas, MD complete a homebound education form for my son in April 2022…read morewhen he was in an intensive outpatient program after diagnosis with amplified musculoskeletal pain syndrome (AMPS: https://www.stopchildhoodpain.org). He could not attend school and the program at the same time. She never completed it. He continues to be ill and struggle with waxing and waning sometimes debilitating pain due to AMPS that is exacerbated by stress and anxiety. 8 months later, December 2022 after I asked the DIrector of Special Services for the district to speak with her, she finally refused to complete it before even speaking to me about the medical and psychological reasons for which it was currently being requested, any of his 3 in-home ICAAPS therapists, his developmental pediatrician or the DCF social worker from whom I learned that she had refused to complete the form as she couldn't even do me the courtesy much less fulfill the professional responsibility of telling his only parent about her decision. When I made an appointment and spoke with her about it, it was clear that she had already made her decision and gave my words little weight beyond applying them to the documentation of her predetermined conclusions. Either she thinks I am lying or she is indifferent to his suffering and education. Either way I find her behavior inexcusable particularly as it is from the physician trusted with advising Farmington Public Schools and other school districts. Frankly, I feel she has proven herself unfit for those roles. Because of her negligence my son, already behind due to being out of school for 4 years in rural Virginia with an abusive and negligent father has missed out on several months of instruction to help him catch up academically. While awaiting comprehensive neuropsychological diagnosis and referral, he has been forced to continue attending school in an environment that is stress, anxiety and therefore head, neck, abdominal and joint pain (due to AMPS) exacerbating for a traumatized but well-behaved enough at school kid on the spectrum, always in some level of pain, unsure that anyone is ever going to listen to him or his mother. A physician who cannot see that and worse was not interested in hearing it and indifferent to the pain, deterioration and suffering of any child should not be advising any school district.
