Linda took it on - to replace it by removing the trim and getting more tulle and re sewing the trim back on - so it would look the same. She got it back to us, pressed and ready to go with 2 days to spare and I was in such a panic!!! She was very good to me! And did not charge us very much! And we hadn't purchased it from her. She never told me she had 4 weddings of her own to get ready for the same weekend! Truly a kind favor. Thank you so much!!

When I went back, I was not happy with the length, but she hurried me out and said it was perfect. She charged me a total of $730 for alterations and hemming. After trying it on a few times at home I was still not happy with it, I decided to get a second opinion. I brought it to another tailor in Brick, and they told me Mona ruined the dress. It was not until I went to this second tailor did I realize what a terrible job Mona did for a ton of money, $730. This was a $1500 dress. Mona cut the lace when she was not supposed to. The top of the dress was a botched job. Also, Mona did not take it in correctly around the hip area. Basically, the new tailor must totally re-do the dress again from start. I was so upset but the new tailor is going to do their best to fix it for me for a total of $250. When going back to Mona she was very unprofessional and nasty and would not listen to a word I said. She told me the new tailor was going to ruin the dress on me. Mona just yelled and screamed at me and kicked me out. I would never want anyone else to experience this. I was naive and did not know any better and I got screwed. Please be careful and do not go to Mona's Boutiques and Tailoring. Please do your research.

Went to this shop with my daughter who needed her bridesmaid dress altered. My daughter is very…read morethin and ordered the smallest size xs. When my daughter tried the dress on and came out of the dressing room Mona looked at the dress on her and said that it was too much material to take in and told her to order a size smaller. She did not care that it was the smallest size possible. If she was truly a seamstress she would have taken in the dress where it was needed but I guess it was too much work for her and she did not want to do it. I will NEVER go back to her shop again.

My daughter and I entered Azaria in the Freehold Mall to look for a prom gown, she had a dress formed in her mind, but would she be able to find it in reality. This Azaria location has a Midsummer Night Vibe, as if someone sprinkled magical pixie dust and this section of the Freehold Mall came alive with color, shine, shimmer, and life. Each dress held its own story as individual as the person wearing it and she was there to find her story. We were warmly greeted by Mixie and Ranndy making suggestions, assisting with fittings, and be the perfect guides to find "it" the dress that made all others pale in comparison. Hundreds upon hundreds of dresses share space within these walls, ideally suited for the tall, short, fitted, formal, full, and most of all the ones that work with "the spin". We met Howard a kind and outgoing true gentleman dressed impeccably who was there to share more about this wonderful location while my daughter changed into yet another breathtaking gown. Once we found the gown she'd been dreaming off, alternations were quickly and painlessly (always nice) measured as we left excited about our purchase as well as finding this jewel in the Freehold Mall. But my daughter found a dress that she absolutely loved and the dress was beautiful. Alterations were done there and yes it's quite expensive between dress and alterations. When we went back for the dress, they had to do some minor adjustments but that only took 20 minutes.

The seamstress only speaks Spanish and the employees, including the owner, Antoinette, only speaks English. Four trips back-and-forth to the store for alterations that were done incorrectly twice because of the lack of communication skills. there is so much more to this but just no worth it. We got my dress around November and immediately started rushing the alteration process when my wedding isnt until May. And said "O were closing the store in January" which is obviously a lie since they are now saying they are open until the end of March. This is not the expierence you should get when getting you wedding dress. They are also a cash only store and expect you to pay everything up front. They gave my mom a very hard time when it came to payments. Then acted like we were the bad guy for wanting to take my dress somewhere else. Well with the Blonds attitude that works there they will continue to loose a lot of customers. I will happily do my alterations at Davids Bridal where they are actually friendly to customers and will take their time getting my dress done right. Only positive with this place is the dress I got. So my advice would be stay away and find a better bridal shop where they actually care.

Most places wouldn't have been able to do that, but Zatsarina's really came through. My first fitting was on August 24th with a second scheduled for September 18th and finally a pickup for October 4th. Gina was so efficient and diligent explaining what needed to be done (take in the shoulder straps, hem, bustle, etc). My first visit was thorough and she explained everything perfectly. All of the alterations would come to $800 (as I had bought off the rack at another boutique). When I came in for my fitting everything was looking great and only a few minor tweaks needed to be made. All in all, a great experience. There was a bit of a hiccup at the end when it wasn't fully ready for my pickup and still needed to be steamed. They made it work and were able to finish it while I waited. I didn't entirely like dealing with her husband but Gina was EXCEPTIONAL. She suggested a video on how to bustle which was super helpful for later. As I mentioned, I had a difficult request with such a quick turnaround time, but I'm so grateful for how everything turned out and how Gina was willing to help and deliver such high quality service.

From the moment you walk into Zatsarina, you're met with kindness and professionalism. The inside is sleek and showcases all of Gina's talents. For my personal tailoring, in terms of a unique situation, I needed sleeves from a jacket placed on a spaghetti strap dress. Then, I needed a bustle added to my dress, tulle taken out of the bottom layers, and a slit added. The fabric of my jacket sleeves were very delicate (covered in beads); and I needed someone who I could fully trust. She delivered. She even hand placed matching beads in spots that were naturally not as crowded, to match the rest of the jacket. Additionally, she hemmed the sleeves of the jacket, so they were perfect. For my bustle, I wanted something that did not create a large bump around my butt, and the way she made the bustle was perfect and almost invisible. (My train was LONG, when bustled, you could not tell there were 14 buttons to make this possible.) It was so easy to connect everything- she showed my MOH a video how to do so too and even encouraged her to record it, which was super helpful dua of. my sister (MOH) was able to do it within a few minutes. Gina's work is perfection. She met with me multiple times to make sure everything was perfect and even provided directions on how to steam the day off. Also, Gina makes custom wedding dresses! Pros: attention to detail & skill Overall, my dress fit perfectly & everything held up. I would highly recommend zatsarina fashion, specifically gina for your most important tailorings. With her attention to detail and skill, you cannot go wrong!
