I went here for a pedi on a Saturday around 11am. Surprisingly, it wasn't busy at all. The facility is absolutely beautiful. Spotless and bright, the area is open and welcoming. I went up to the counter and the lady asked me if I had an appointment. I told her I didn't, and she had me sign in and pick my nail color. I sat down, but not for long, because about 10 seconds later, Phuong came to bring me back to the massage chair. She was really sweet and soft spoken. Someone came by and put a hot neck pillow around my neck, and another gal came over and asked me what I would like to drink. They have a drink menu, and I ordered a mimosa. Phuong began to work on my feet and the girl came back with my drink soon after. I selected the "Pamper Me Pedicure", and it was worth every penny! During the session, a woman came by and asked if I would like a massage. Maybe next time I'll go for it, but I declined this time. I never once felt pressured to buy anything, and Phoung never tried to upsell me. She did a fabulous job on my feet and toes. Just a perfect pedicure! I'm so happy I found this place. i have been going to Plush for the longest time but i recently went to get a dip manicure for a formal i have coming up. i first asked for red nails with flames on the tips and i didn't necessarily mind the results. however within a week they were already chipping and my nail even broke. during that week i also wasn't doing anything because it had snowed and i was stuck in my house and my nails still chipped. i went back because i know that they are really good about fixing your nails if something happens. i came in and asked for hearts instead of the flames (the flames took a really long time) because it was close to closing time and i didn't want to be the reason my nail tech had to stay late. i was satisfied with the results but within a day the black nail polish was peeling off which i had never seen before. it also was almost like it hadn't dried under the top coat because i touched the nail and the black paint spread all over. i always ask for ben when i can and i love him! he does an amazing job and always makes suggestions on how to make my nails even better. he was booked that day so i just went with whoever was first available. i gave three stars because i love plush and i've never had an experience like this before. this was the first time something like this has happened here. i think this was just a fluke but now i have to go to my formal with weird looking nails read more

I feel like most nail salons in The Woodlands do the minimum as far as COVID protocol, and I felt really safe during my time here. My whole fam (minus my dad) came in for my sister's wedding and the service was fabulous. Together there were 4 dip manis and 5 shellac pedis - overwhelming to most salons, but plush handled it like pros and even gave my sister a flower crown, a handmade bouquet, and a bride pin all for her to keep!!!! They were so accommodating and made this outing a special memory I'm sure our family will hold for a very long time. Needed to get my nails done, this nail salon was the closet to my house and I wanted to try a new place out! Looked online and they only had their regular manicure prices listed and a basic manicure was $17 but most of the salons I have been have shellac manicures somewhere between $25-$35. I went in and it was fine my nail tech was very detail oriented but didn't talk to me what so ever, never offered a drink, etc. When she was done I walked up to the front to pay and they told me the total was $41 which caught me off guard. I paid and tipped but honestly I was very disappointed afterwards. I have zero problems with paying well for good service but for me it wasn't anything special. This is probably the best Nail Salon in the Houston area. They treat you like a queen and the work is the best I've had. I can go 4-5 weeks between pedicures if needed while traveling and 3 weeks with the Diamond Dip. Very well trained staff and such a treat! read more

My husband and I just had a pedicure there, and learned this location was under new management. No waiting although it was was very busy, the salon was clean and employees were friendly. We enjoyed a refreshing beverage during our time there. My husband's feet are very sensitive and they were gentle with him. He stated that his feet felt amazing as we left. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I didn't have any major issues with the quality of the nails done, but everything was pretty standard that was ordered (regular mani/pedis). In addition, for the price they charge (definitely on the higher end), I would expect them to at least be able to perform those basic services. The main issue I had was the poor attitude. I went in with 3 other family members, so 4 people total. We received our basic service and nothing else. No polite greetings, no smiles, nothing but very basic service. That seems fine for a low-end nail salon (which I don't go to), but not for someplace that calls themselves "Plush Nail Bar." We did note that several other people around us were being offered mimosas and snacks, etc, and for some reason, our party was not included in this service (I did get offered coffee). I don't go to a nail salon for these things, obviously, but it feels awkward when everyone else is getting offered this (our party was a group of Indian people; I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt to these folks and assume that had nothing to do with it). Bottom line: I'm going to choose another higher-end nail salon in the future. read more

I came into this place hoping for a good experience but I can be particular with my nails. When you walk in, you're ignored until they want you to fill out their paper. Which, keep in mind, they will ignore you for up to 5 mins. Then since I guess I look young, they took the people that came in after me, first. They did not have an appointment. I guess they just thought they were more important. When I finally got seated, I showed the lady what I wanted. Simple acrylic nails with some jewels on them. She failed to mention that their jewels were an extra 15 DOLLARS. Would have been GREAT to mention before. Then she cut me and I hate the way my nails looked. But I couldn't go back in because I was in a time crunch. When I was checking out she told me she didn't charge for the length but my total was $67??? That is outrageous. And then when one of the ladies was checking me out, she asked me if I'd tipped yet. The lady next to me, the woman who did my nails, was basically begging me for a tip. How unprofessional. I tipped her because I'm not a monster but how could you beg someone who you overcharged for a tip? Honestly if I could go back and time I wouldn't waste my money. read more
