I have had many massages over the years, this was by far the best. I throughly enjoyed my Hot Stone 1 hour full body massage. Unlike other places, you are charged for an hour massage but deduct for the time spent changing. This massage was 1full hour! Jennifer and owner was my therapist. She targeted my painful knots in my neck and shoulders using friction techniques and tissue massage to break up the muscle adhesions. She also gave me a very relaxing head and face massage. Hot stones and hot oils used were scent free and felt marvelous. I highly recommend giving them a try. They are offering 25% off their prices until December 31st.

The other ladies are ok but if you go to the owner your hair will be laid. She knows how to do "black" hair and most Dominican style salons do not. Only one thing is that I don't see prices listed so she can basically charge whatever she wants for the day.

Upon walking in, I was warmly greeted by one of the hairdressers named Carmen. I was a little unsure about this place, because it was completely empty on a Saturday morning, which is unheard of for me. Anyway, I asked for a wash/set and deep condition, which all came out to $25.00. While tending to my hair, Carmen was aslo able to provide me with an analysis of my hair. She made recommendations that would help in getting my hair back to a more healthier state. From what she was telling me, I knew that she was knowledgeable about hair, because my dermatologist had also made the same recommendations to me. I went back this past Saturday to get a touch up. Now, I don't trust a lot of people with my hair, especially when it comes to my touch ups. But because of my past experience here, I decided to take a chance. Well, my scalp did not burn at all and my hair came out looking shinny and healthy. What I also appreciated is that during the whole process, I was being told every product that was being put in my hair and the reason why I needed it. With my touch up, deep treatment and trim, everything came out to $75. That may seem a little steep, but the products that they use at the salon are top notch. Fina's is definitely my new go to salon. The people are nice and they seem to actually care about the health of your hair.

BEST LASH STUDIO IN LONG ISLAND !…read more Bestest. Hands down! I found them through Instagram. I've had several experiences with other lash boutiques (including amazing lash studio) but this place is everything I've been looking for, and I am so happy I've found them!!!!!!! Overall: my lashes stay on longer than 2 weeks. The lash styles are ALL customizable (other places normally have a few lash styles they are able to do) The staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. The boutique itself is aesthetically pleasing (beautiful) I've had the pleasure of working with Caris for my last 3 sessions and she is a sweet heart! She makes me feel so comfortable and is always accommodating if I don't like a certain style and is ready to customize it to my liking. She's my favorite!!! They have parking in the back if that matters to some They also charge a $5 fee if you want to use your credit/debit to pay for your service but they have an ATM For use :)

I called on Wednesday at 3pm for a next-day appointment, and they said only tomorrow 6:30pm is available which was Thursday. I took the appointment. When I showed up on Thursday at 6:30pm, the receptionist told me my appointment was "yesterday." wtf no, it was not. Then I see I was charged $45, I'm assuming it's the deposit. No one told me about a deposit being charged. They claim they don't charge you until the day of the appointment. Then they lied and said they called me. Like I don't have a call history on my phone. I never received a confirmation text and I did not receive a call. If you canceled my appointment to book some else that's messed up. I don't understand what games this location is playing but you lost a good paying customer. Then have the audacity to tell me book another day. No I can't I have a life and I work out of town. I only had this day available to try your services which now after this experience I don't want to anymore because I don't need to pay for a service then feel it will not happen on the day I'm available. I asked for a refund, and I'm still waiting for the "manager" to call me. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and annoying. I advise to everyone do not give your card information to this establishment! I took my kid into the place, and my kid complained about the odor of marijuana that came out of there. Instead of smoking and not paying attention to your future clients when booking, and messing up the schedule. You need to focus and be more professional and keep that smell out your establishment. This business has the audacity in not taking accountability of their actions. I don't recommend this place at all for their unprofessionalism and inexperience with customer service. Working in customers service is very sensitive and if you can handle it then this is not your line of work. Stop playing with people and their money! I already placed a refund on my bank account because like my daughter who's a 9 year old said " Mami I don't think their going to call you back" even she knows what's really up with this disrespectful establishment.
