DJ Marselus played the wrong playlist at a corporate event for 300 guests. He was not enthusiastic but rather sad and disinterested during the event. The audience was bored and music was not what our client requested. Another time DJ Marselus who was talking to a bride for months did not show up and sent another DJ without informing a client and an Event Planner. A wedding was ruined as the up lights did not work and all music was wrong. When I asked why I was not informed as an Event Planner I did not get a clear answer and was ignored. Then he went the extra step to offer his up lights, or anything he could do to make it right. Now that's good business!!! Update: No Call, No show to the venue meeting. No response at all when I reached out over a 2 day span, and we confirmed several times leading up. Super big let down. It's all good DJ Justin Incredible & DJ Celeste are both with communication (at all times) & promptness in showing up. The venue is super unique & could have been used in the future (it's an old family home thinking of making an event location), but I guess that's off the table. I hope everyone's ok. My uncle died 2 months ago, and as a realtor I reached out to my clients to alert them. Touched base. I'm looking forward to having my deposit refunded ASAP. Good luck out there!!!! Worst DJ service ever!! The DJ missed the whole ceremony. Forgot his laptop charger and showed up 2 hours later. He was suppose to start at 5 and he played his first song at 7pm. I don't want to sound bias because Marselus and Joe DJ'd / MC'd our wedding but I have to say I am very impressed on how professional they carried themselves and how skilled they are to start and keep a party going until the last beat. Before they came in to set up they asked for a list of songs to play at the wedding. I gave maybe a 100 songs, mostly just fillers for the night. They were able to integrate some of the songs I picked but use their creative vision to enhance the type of ambiance my wife and I wanted at the reception.
