She even rescheduled my initial appointment when I needed to cancel (with notice). I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early which gave us more time for the consultation. Once the appointment started, she told me she hasn't taken new clients in over a year because the wait for her existing clients became too long. I asked, "so how did I get here?" She said she didn't know and that maybe I just emailed her at the right time. When I left my appointment with frizzy hair (I guess she doesn't flat iron hair or normally work with curly hair) she told me I could reschedule a new appointment next season or next year, it's up to me... I'm sure she is far more friendly and helpful with her existing clientele. I'm also sure I won't be returning but that is probably alright with Amy.

What I love about her is the fact that she took her time checking my hair, how to achieve the color I want and the haircut I was aiming for. She did a hair test first before applying color all over my hair which all salons should really do first. Then she explained every process and how long will it take. It did take a while (8 hours to be exact), but if that's what it takes to get my hair looking amazing then so be it. They have plenty of snacks and drinks available or you can always order food for delivery. Went yesterday and it was super quiet. So I highly recommend going on a week day if you can so it's not as packed. The salon is very clean and inviting. Everyone who works here is very sweet. I haven't tried their scalp/head massage station since they've added it but heard good things.
