We first hired Alberta Water Pros Plumbing to repair two bath drains in our master bedroom in 2019…read more At the time I wrote a review highly recommending David for his timely and professional service, his great personality and very fair billings. We hired him again a couple of years later to repair a toilet and were once again very satisfied with his service. Well, nothing has changed. I still don't know plumbing and David is still my go-to guy. On day two of a three-day rainstorm our sump pump broke down at 4 am. The next morning, while the rain was still falling, we called David and he answered right away. He was on another job but within two hours arrived with a new sump pump and it was installed an hour later. I can't recommend David highly enough. I no longer phone different companies to compare prices. I know David is fair and I know he does a great job. Do yourself a favor. Next time you need a plumber call Alberta Water Pros. You won't be disappointed. Rick S

Still using Todd the Plumber as my go to all these years later…read more Todd is always on time, thorough, and gets the job done right! Today he replaced my water bib/faucet as it was leaking freezing into a waterfall outside my house. Last winter he came out when it was -40 and my furnace stopped working even though it was late at night! I've referred loads of family and friends to Todd (-& company) and everyone is always thrilled. This past summer he saved my friend $8k+ when another company had said they needed to replace their AC (that wasn't working) for their 4000 sq foot bungalow (yikes)! Todd came out and did a thorough cleaning of the system and had it up and running the same day for less than $500! Two thumbs way up for Todd the Plumber!

He answered all my minimal questions promptly and was able to explain everything he was looking at so that I could understand it. We needed a quick turn around for the report and estimate on repairs, and he was able to provide this to us within 24 hours of our inspection. Not only did he help us immensely with the septic, he actually pulled me out of the ditch so that I wouldn't have to wait for my husband to come to my aid. His service went above and beyond and I would recommend anyone to not hesitate to engage him in his services, worth every penny.

I felt like I was ripped off on the service, and what they fixed didn't stay fixed very long. All I ever asked was for the manager to call me and discuss my bill, but no one has ever called me.
