The technician was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He even got me a quote for some other things I considered getting done. He worked very quickly. The total cost for removing the toilet and getting the clog with the service call fee was about $400. I haven't had to call a plumbing service before and to have him come out same day and get it done so quickly I didn't think the price was bad. My technician was J. Maynard. Highly reccomend.

The other was leaking from the tank rusted bolts. The owner of the company actually worked on my repair due to being a little short staffed that day. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he could not finish the job that day, followed by a medical emergency, I was impressed that he stayed in communication with me and completed the job shortly after to my satisfaction. The price was reasonable and he also offered and applied Military discount. I would definitely recommend this company for plumbing needs and will be using them again for my service needs. So I looked up best plumbers, read some reviews, and called this guy and got an answer immediately. I explained the situation and he said he could absolutely fix it and for good so this won't happen again. I asked his availability and he said he could come that afternoon but it would be after-hours since they were at a job and it was going to be 5 before they could come, but if I was OK til today it would be a lot cheaper. I told him cheaper is better and we set up a time this afternoon. He was very personable, quick, and thorough. He fixed everything and even grouted around the base. No way this throne is moving, it's flush with the floor. Flush, get it? As an extra added bonus we also found a tiny leak under the OTHER bathroom sink yesterday after repairing a drippy faucet and that DIY attempt went really really wrong, like inch of water on the bathroom floor wrong. Our bestie did a temporary fix but when it still dripped a teeny bit he said don't touch it, since the pro was coming anyway he should take a peek if it continued to leak. He did and now it doesn't! He didn't even know he was going to be asked to fix a sink but he was ready, willing, and able. I don't know what this sort of repair costs everywhere but I felt the cost was fair and the quality of work impeccable. He's my go-to for future plumbing issues now!

I put out a request order inviting all competing businesses in the area to respond. Kevin Castro was quick to respond made time to address my need urgently by coming within 30mins! (Yes.. and he didn't even charge me for an "emergency call") Mr. Castro was very professional, responsive, clean, respectful, and reasonably priced. Everything you'd want in a tradesman and a husband I had my fair share of dealing with shady unprofessional tradesmen and it was a breath of fresh air to deal with an honest one. Not only was he transparent with pricing but also video called me to show me step by step exactly what was going on. And if that wasn't enough --he also took the time to point out other issues that my other contractors failed to address before. FOUR plumbers came through my house in the past and only ONE (Mr. Castro) was able to spot obvious issues that they all missed and give me honest constructive feedback. I'm telling you guys, look no further--this is your guy! Dealing with him feels more like dealing with a family member looking out for you rather than a business man trying to upsell you and drain your pockets. Worth every dime. I even gave him a nice tip. Well deserved..
