You can also tell when people don't want to work. I used your services in May 2026 and April 2024…read more Recently, you replaced the capacitor on my AC and really, both times, you did a good job. But, the fellow that just called me said it was "strange" I owned my apartment/condo and that the company has never done work for me. You also advertise "no additional charge for emergency services" but he said pricing would start at $300 for after hours. He didn't ask me to confirm my address. As I was rapidly losing interest in the conversation, another company called. I'd probably amend the "no additional charge" statement and and suggest not telling a client it's odd they own their property.

Kimmons fixed an undetected problem that was created when my house was built over four years ago…read more When I called, Jeremy asked me to send pictures. When he saw them, he said it was one of three possible issues. He was right. Jerry honed in on the leak and contained the repair to a 2'x3' drywall patch! I'm not sure anyone else would have been so considerate. Kimmons Plumbing saved me hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. They were careful to keep the dirt and dust to a minimum, and they cleaned up when they were finished the job! They showed up when they said they would, and completed the work well within the timeframe they gave me. Jeremy, Jerry, and Cade were knowledgable and professional, and did an excellent job. Because we had used their services in the past, we knew we were in good hands. It only took a quick phone call to schedule an estimate, and JD was out within a day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during the assessment. He explained that our previous water heater, which appeared to have been installed by a homeowner about 17 years ago, was missing several important safety features and updates. JD returned for the installation and called before arriving--he even arrived early! He worked efficiently and made sure the new installation would meet current safety standards and pass inspection requirements for our homeowners insurance. Before leaving, JD took the time to walk my husband and me through all the new features. We were impressed to learn about the water alarm that alerts us to leaks in the drain pan, the easy-to-use water shutoff handle, and other safety improvements. He even tested the hot water temperature inside the house to make sure everything was working properly before he left. The entire experience was professional, informative, and stress-free. Anytime Plumber will always have our business, and we highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!
